Quality management — Guidelines for quality plans

This document gives guidelines for establishing, reviewing, accepting, applying and revising quality plans. This document is applicable to quality plans for any intended output, whether a process, product, service, project or contract, and any type or size of organization. It is applicable whether or not the organization has a management system in conformity with ISO 9001. This document provides guidance and does not specify requirements. It is focused primarily on the provision of outputs and is not a guide to the planning of quality management system development. NOTE To avoid undue repetition of "process, product, service, project or contract", this document uses the term "specific case".

Le présent document fournit des lignes directrices pour l'établissement, la revue, l'acceptation, l'application et la révision des plans qualité. Le présent document est applicable aux plans qualité élaborés pour tout élément de sortie prévu, qu'il s'agisse d'un processus, d'un produit, d'un service, d'un projet ou d'un contrat, et pour tout type ou taille d'organisme. Il convient aux organismes disposant ou non d'un système de management conforme à l'ISO 9001. Le présent document fournit des lignes directrices et ne spécifie pas d'exigences. Il s'intéresse principalement à la fourniture d'éléments de sortie et ne constitue pas un guide pour la planification du développement d'un système de management de la qualité. NOTE Pour éviter de répéter inutilement l'expression «processus, produit, service, projet ou contrat», le présent document utilise le terme «cas spécifique».

Ta dokument podaja smernice za vzpostavitev, pregledovanje, sprejemanje, uporabo in revizijo načrtov kakovosti.
Ta dokument se uporablja za načrte kakovosti za vse načrtovane rezultate, naj gre za postopek, izdelek, storitev, projekt ali pogodbo, ter za vse vrste in velikosti organizacij.
Uporablja se ne glede na to, ali ima organizacija sistem vodenja kakovosti, ki je v skladu s standardom ISO 9001.
Ta dokument podaja smernice in ne določa zahtev.
Osredotočen je predvsem na zagotavljanje rezultatov in ni vodilo za načrtovanje razvoja sistema vodenja kakovosti.
OPOMBA: V izogib nepotrebnemu ponavljanju besed »postopek, izdelek, storitev, projekt ali pogodba« je v tem dokumentu uporabljen izraz »določen primer«.
