Railway applications - Track - Test methods for fastening systems - Part 10: Proof load test for pull-out resistance

This European Standard specifies a test procedure to confirm that the force necessary to pull the anchorage of a rail fastening assembly out of the sleeper or other supporting element is greater than a prescribed value (i.e. it is a 'proof load' test).
This test is for components of the fastening system which are
a)   cast into concrete during the manufacture of sleepers or other supporting elements,
b)   glued into the cast or drilled holes in concrete, or
c)   screwed or otherwise attached to wood, plastic or steel sleepers or other supporting elements.
This test is not applicable to embedded rails.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Prüfverfahren fest, zum Nachweis, dass die erforderliche Kraft zum Herausziehen der Verankerung eines Schienenbefestigungssystems aus der Gleisschwelle oder einem anderen Stützelement über dem vorgeschriebenen Wert liegt (d. h. eine „Belastungsprüfung“).
Diese Prüfung wird bei Komponenten eines Befestigungssystems angewandt, die:
a)   bei der Herstellung der Gleisschwellen oder anderer Stützelemente in den Beton eingegossen werden;
b)   in ein ausgespartes Loch oder in Bohrlöcher in den Beton eingeklebt werden; oder
c)   geschraubt oder anders mit Holz-, Kunststoff- oder Stahlschwellen oder anderen Stützelementen verbunden werden.
Diese Prüfung gilt nicht für eingebettete Schienen.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie un mode opératoire d'essai visant à confirmer que la force à appliquer sur l'ancrage d'un système de fixation des rails pour pouvoir l'arracher d'une traverse, ou de tout autre élément support, est supérieure à la valeur spécifiée (il s'agit donc d'un essai visant à confirmer la "charge d’épreuve").
Cet essai est applicable aux éléments de systèmes de fixation :
a)   encastrés dans le béton lors de la fabrication des traverses ou d'autres éléments supports ;
b)   scellés dans des trous moulés ou percés dans le béton ; ou
c)   vissés ou fixés de toute autre manière dans des traverses ou d'autres éléments supports en bois, en plastique ou en acier.
Cet essai n’est pas applicable aux rails enrobés.

Železniške naprave - Zgornji ustroj - Preskušanje pritrdilnih sistemov - 10. del: Obremenitveni preskus odpornosti "pull-out"

Ta evropski standard določa preskusni postopek, s katerim se potrdi, da je sila, potrebna za utrganje sidrišča pritrdilnega sestava za tirnice s praga ali drugega podpornega elementa, večja od predpisane vrednosti (tj. obremenitveni preskus).
Ta preskus se uporablja pri komponentah pritrdilnega sistema, ki so
a) ulite v beton med izdelavo pragov ali drugih podpornih elementov,
b) zlepljene v vlite ali izvrtane luknje v betonu ali
c) privite ali kako drugače pritrjene na lesene, plastične ali jeklene pragove ali druge podporne elemente.
Ta preskus se ne uporablja za vgrajene tirnice.
