Winter and road service area maintenance equipment - Mechanical interface on vehicles for front-mounted equipment - Part 2: Interchangeability on lifting systems

This European Standard specifies the requirements for elements mounted to carrying vehicles to ensure interchangeability between a vehicle and different equipments that are to be mounted frontally. It specifies certain interchangeability dimensions of the front mounting plate as well as the locations of coupling devices for electrical and hydraulic connections.
This European Standard specifies a mounting plate in order to cover road vehicles having a maximum total mass of up to 6,0 tons (commercial vehicles, multi purpose vehicles, communal vehicles, …) which are capable of carrying front mounted equipments for winter maintenance and for road service area maintenance. The mounting plate is designed to allow quick and easy changing of carrying vehicle equipments. Mounting or demounting of front-mounted equipments is generally effectuated by one person using conventional tools (mobile or fixed) prior to securing of the front-mounted equipment (by e.g. bolts or hydraulic element).
This European Standard does not specify vehicle-side lifting systems or receiving devices for mounting plate (device side).
The vehicle body guidelines from the vehicle manufacturer should be adhered to when performing any modifications to the vehicle.
This European Standard specifies, with regard to electrical and hydraulic connections, only location areas and clearance spaces in order to ensure interchangeability.

Die vorliegende Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen von an Trägerfahrzeugen angebauten Elementen fest, um die Austauschbarkeit zwischen einem Fahrzeug und verschiedenen an der Fahrzeugfront angebauten Maschinen und Geräten sicherzustellen. Sie definiert verschiedene für die Austauschbarkeit relevante Maße der Frontanbauplatte sowie die Anbaupositionen von Kupplungseinrichtungen für elektrische und hydraulische Anschlüsse.
Diese Europäische Norm legt eine Anbauplatte für Straßenfahrzeuge mit einer maximalen Gesamtmasse von bis zu 6,0 Tonnen fest (gewerbliche Fahrzeuge, Mehrzweckfahrzeuge, Kommunalfahrzeuge, ), die Front-anbaumaschinen und -geräte für den Winterdienst und den Straßenbetriebsdienst tragen können. Der An- bzw. Abbau von frontangebauten Maschinen und Geräten wird im Allgemeinen von einer Person mithilfe von herkömmlichem Werkzeug (ortsveränderlich oder feststehend) durchgeführt, bevor die frontangebauten Maschinen und Geräte befestigt werden (z. B. durch Schrauben oder Hydraulikelemente).
Diese Europäische Norm bezieht sich nicht auf seitlich am Fahrzeug befindlichen Hubsysteme oder Aufnahmevorrichtungen für Anbauplatten (am Gerät befindlich) fest.
Die Leitlinien des Fahrzeugherstellers zum Fahrzeugaufbau sollten eingehalten werden, wenn Änderungen am Fahrzeug vorgenommen werden.
Diese Europäische Norm legt für elektrische und hydraulische Anschlüsse nur die Anbaupositionen und Freiräume fest, um die Austauschbarkeit sicherzustellen.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences relatives aux éléments des véhicules porteurs
permettant d’assurer l’interchangeabilité entre un véhicule et différents matériels devant être montés à l’avant.
Elle spécifie certaines dimensions d'interchangeabilité de la plaque de montage avant ainsi que les
emplacements des dispositifs de couplage pour les raccordements électriques et hydrauliques.
Cette Norme européenne spécifie une plaque de montage, ceci afin de couvrir les véhicules routiers dont la
masse maximale totale atteint 6.0 t (véhicules utilitaires, véhicules multi-usages, véhicules d’exploitation de la
route, …) sur lesquels il est possible de monter à l’avant des matériels de viabilité hivernale et d’entretien des
dépendances routières. La plaque de montage est conçue pour permettre un remplacement rapide et aisé
des matériels des véhicules porteurs. Le montage ou le démontage des matériels montés à l'avant est
généralement effectué par une personne en utilisant des outils classiques (mobiles ou fixes) avant de fixer le
matériel monté à l'avant (par exemple au moyen de boulons ou d'un élément hydraulique).
Cette Norme européenne ne spécifie pas les systèmes de levage côté véhicule ou les dispositifs permettant
de recevoir une plaque de montage (côté dispositif).
Lorsqu'on effectue une quelconque modification sur le véhicule, on doit se conformer aux lignes directrices
relatives à la carrosserie fournies par le constructeur du véhicule.
Cette Norme européenne spécifie uniquement en ce qui concerne les liaisons électriques et hydrauliques, les
zones d’emplacement et les zones de dégagement pour assurer l’interchangeabilité.

Oprema za vzdrževalna dela zimske službe in službe za vzdrževanje cest - Oprema za namestitev na sprednji del vozila - 2. del: Zamenljivost dvižnih sistemov

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za elemente, nameščene na vozila za prevoz, da se zagotovi zamenljivost med vozilom in drugo opremo za namestitev na sprednji del vozila. Določa nekatere vgradne mere plošče za namestitev na sprednji del vozila ter mesta spojnih naprav za električne in hidravlične povezave. Ta evropski standard določa ploščo za namestitev za prekritje cestnih vozil z največjo skupno maso do 6,0 tone (gospodarska vozila, večnamenska vozila, komunalna vozila itd.), na katerih je spredaj lahko nameščena oprema za vzdrževalna dela zimske službe in službe za vzdrževanje cest. Plošča za namestitev je zasnovana tako, da se oprema vozila za prevoz lahko hitro in enostavno zamenja. Nameščanje ali odstranjevanje opreme na sprednjem delu vozila običajno izvaja ena oseba, in sicer s konvencionalnim (prenosnim ali nepremičnim) orodjem pred pritrditvijo opreme spredaj (npr. z vijaki ali s hidravličnimi elementi). Ta evropski standard ne določa dvižnih sistemov ob strani vozila ali sprejemnih naprav za ploščo za namestitev (ob strani naprave). Pri vseh morebitnih spremembah vozila je treba upoštevati navodila proizvajalca za zadevno vozilo. Ta evropski standard ob upoštevanju elektronskih in hidravličnih povezav določa samo območja za namestitev in prosta mesta za zagotovitev zamenljivosti.

EN 15432-2:2013 defines interchangeability requirements for front-mounted equipment on road vehicles (maximum total mass up to 6.0 t). The standard specifies the F4 front mounting plate class, key dimensions, fixing elements and the location/clearance areas for electrical and hydraulic connections to ensure quick, safe exchange of winter and road service equipment.   • Clearance spaces for safe handling are specified; connector types and assignments follow EN 15431.
