Plastic waterproofing sheets generate plastic waste at different stages: production, construction process, use and end of life.
This document defines the origin of recyclate made from pre-consumer material and post-consumer material as it is used in new products. These new products can be plastic waterproofing sheets, other sheets, other construction products or other products.
It specifies terms and definitions.
It gives guidance for assessing the recyclates intended for use in the production of new products.
NOTE   This document is suitable for products with similar content like: swimming pool membranes, geosynthetic barriers, garden ponds, walk-ways, protection membranes, prefabricated pieces. The design for recycling of packaging, including the recycling itself, is defined in the CEN TC 261 Packaging.

Abdichtungsbahnen - Kunststoffrecycling und recycelte Kunststoffe - Kunststoffbahnen für Abdichtungen

Kunststoffbahnen für Abdichtungen erzeugen in verschiedenen Stadien Kunststoffabfall: Produktion, Bauprozess, Verwendung und Ende der Lebensdauer.
Dieses Dokument legt den Ursprung des aus Pre-Consumer- und Post-Consumer-Material produzierten Rezyklats fest, welches in neuen Produkten verwendet wird. Diese neuen Produkte können Kunststoffbahnen für Abdichtungen, andere Bahnen, andere Bauprodukte oder andere Produkte sein.
Es legt Begriffe fest.
Es dient als Leitfaden für die Bewertung des Rezyklats, das für die Verwendung in der Produktion neuer Produkte vorgesehen ist.
ANMERKUNG   Dieses Dokument ist für Produkte mit ähnlichem Gehalt geeignet: z. B. Bahnen bei Schwimmbecken, geosynthetische Dichtungsbahnen, Gartenteiche, Laufstege, Schutzbahnen, vorgefertigte Teile. Die recyclinggerechte Gestaltung der Verpackung, einschließlich dem Recycling selbst, ist in CEN TC 261 Verpackung festgelegt.

Les feuilles d’étanchéité en plastique génèrent des déchets plastiques à différentes phases : production, processus de construction, utilisation et fin de vie.
Le présent document définit l’origine des recyclats fabriqués à partir de matières pré-consommation et post-consommation, tels qu’utilisés dans de nouveaux produits. Ces nouveaux produits peuvent être des feuilles d’étanchéité en plastique, d’autres types de feuilles, d’autres produits de construction ou d’autres produits.
Ce document spécifie des termes et leurs définitions.
Il fournit des recommandations pour l’évaluation des recyclats destinés à être utilisés dans la production de nouveaux produits.
NOTE   Le présent document est adapté aux produits ayant un contenu similaire, comme les membranes de piscine, les barrières géosynthétiques, les bassins de jardin, les allées, les membranes de protection et les pièces préfabriquées. La conception en vue du recyclage des emballages, y compris le recyclage lui-même, est définie dans le CEN/TC 261 Emballage.
