Aerospace series - Clamps, loop (''P'' type) in aluminium alloy with rubber cushioning - Dimensions, masses
This standard specifies the required characteristics of loop style clamps ("P" type) in aluminium alloy with various cushion materials.
These clamps are used for supporting aerospace pipe assemblies and electrical cable bundles.
They are used up to 80 C max.
Usage at a higher temperature is at the option of the user.

Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen an Schellen in Schlaufenform (P-Form) aus Aluminiumlegierung mit
verschiedenen Profilgummi-Werkstoffen fest.
Diese Schellen werden zur Halterung von Rohrleitungen und elektrischen Leitungsbündeln in der Luft- und
Raumfahrt verwendet.
Sie werden bis zu einer Temperatur von höchstens 80 °C verwendet.
Die Verwendung bei höherer Temperatur erfolgt nach Wahl des Anwenders.
Temperaturbereich und Umweltbedingungen entsprechen den Angaben in den jeweiligen Werkstoffnormen
für Profilgummi.

Ta evropski standard opredeljuje zahtevane značilnosti objemk v obliki zanke (P-oblika) iz aluminijeve zlitine, z različnimi zaščitnimi prevlekami. Te objemke se uporabljajo za podporo cevnih spojev v aeronavtiki in svežnje električnih kablov. Uporabljajo se največ do 80°C. Uporaba pri višji temperaturi je po izbiri uporabnika. Za temperaturni razpon in okoljske vidike glejte standarde za različne materiale za zaščitno prevleko.

After enquiries and votes carried out in accordance with the rules of this Association, this Standard has received the approval of the National Associations and the Official Services of the member countries of ASD, prior to its presentation to CEN. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2010, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by April 2010.
