Surfaces for sports areas - Determination of thickness of synthetic sports surfaces

This European Standard specifies two methods for the determination of the thickness of synthetic surfaces for sports areas, suitable for use in the laboratory and 'in situ'. Method A, a destructive test method, is intended for use - where the thickness needs to be measured to an accuracy of +/-0,1mm;- when the thickness of different layers is to be determined. Method B, a non-destructive test method,is intended for use as a routine check on thickness, e.g.for control purposes or when surveying a large area of synthetic surfacing. Diese Europäische Norm legt zwei Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Dicke von Kunststoffbelägen fest, die sowohl im Labor als auch auf der Baustelle angewandt werden können. Verfahren A, eine zerstörende Prüfung, dient zur - Bestimmung der Gesamtdicke auf +- 0,1 mm, - Bestimmung der Dicke einzelner Schichten. Verfahren B, eine Zerstörungsfreie Prüfung, dient zur routinemäßigen Überprüfung der Dicke, z.B. für Kontrollzwecke oder bei der Vermessung von großflächigen Kunststoffbelägen. Je nach Oberflächenstruktur liegt die Genauigkeit der Meßwerte zwischen =- 5 und 1,5mm

La présente norme européenne spécifie deux méthodes de détermination de l'épaisseur des sols sportifs synthétiques applicables à l'usage dans le laboratoire et sur place. La méthode A, une méthode d'essai destructive, est destinée à être utilisée:- lorsque l'épaisseur a besoin d'être mesurée avec une précision de +/-0,1mm;- lorsqu'il faut déterminer l'épaisseur de différentes couches. La méthode B, une méthode d'essai non destructive, est destinée à être utilisée dans le cadre des vérifications de routine d'épaisseur, par exemple, à des fins de contrôle.
