This standard specifies the rules for the representation of parts including core materials as well as the information to be indicated in technical drawings.
It applies to aerospace structures using core materials.
It shall be used together with EN 4408-1.

Diese Norm legt die Regeln für die Darstellung von Teilen fest, die Kernwerkstoffe enthalten, sowie die Informationen, die auf den technischen Zeichnungen angegeben werden müssen.
Die Norm kommt auf Strukturen für Luft- und Raumfahrt zur Anwendung, in denen Kernwerkstoffe eingesetzt werden.
Sie muss zusammen mit EN 4408 001 verwendet werden.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the rules for the representation of parts including core materials as well as the
information to be indicated in technical drawings.
It applies to aerospace structures using core materials.
It shall be used together with EN 4408-001.
2 Normative references

references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced
document (including any amendments) applies.
