1.1   The scope of this part of EN 10088 is to specify the technical delivery conditions for hot or cold rolled sheet/plate and strip of standard and special grades of corrosion resisting stainless steels for construction purposes in addition to the general technical delivery conditions specified in EN 10021.
1.2   This European Standard does not apply to components manufactured by further processing of the product forms listed in 1.1 with quality characteristics altered as a result of such further processing.

ISO 18286:2008 specifies requirements for tolerances for hot-rolled stainless steel plates (quarto plates) made on a reversing mill with the following characteristics: nominal thickness, t, from 4 mm to 250 mm; and nominal width, w, equal to or greater than 600 mm.
Tolerances for plate of width w less than 600 mm cut or slit from wider plate should be agreed upon between manufacturer and purchaser at the time of enquiry and order.
ISO 18286:2008 is not applicable to round plates, custom-made plates, checker plate or bulb plate for flooring or wide flats, nor to continuous-process plates (plate made with coiling).

ISO 9444-2:2009 specifies the tolerances on dimensions and form for continuously hot-rolled stainless steel wide strip in actual widths from 600 mm to 2 500 mm and for sheet/plate cut from such strip.

1.1   The scope of this part of EN 10088 is to specify the technical delivery conditions for hot or cold formed bars, rods, wire, sections and bright products of standard and special grades of corrosion resisting stainless steels for construction purposes in addition to the general technical delivery conditions specified in EN 10021.
1.2   This European Standard does not apply to components manufactured by further processing of the product forms listed in 1.1 with quality characteristics altered as a result of such further processing.

1.1   This European Standard covers the grades of wrought steels and alloys listed in Table 1 and Table 2, which are usually employed for components and equipment, for which the main requirement is their creep resistance under mechanical long-time stressing at temperatures above 500 C.
NOTE   Heat resisting grades given in EN 10095 [9] may also be used for similar applications if so agreed.
1.2   This European Standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for semi-finished products, for hot or cold rolled sheet/plate and strip, hot or cold formed (cold drawn) bars, rods, wire and sections.
1.3   The general technical delivery conditions specified in EN 10021:2006 apply in addition to the specifications of this European Standard, unless otherwise specified in this European Standard.
1.4   This European Standard does not apply to components manufactured by further processing the product forms listed in 1.2 with quality characteristics altered as a result of such further processing.
1.5   This European Standard shall not be used for aerospace and pressure purposes.

1.1 This European Standard applies to cold rolled narrow strip of thickness up to and including 3 mm in rolled widths less than 600 mm made from the stainless steel grades listed in table 1. The steels are currently used in the conditions given in table 4 for the production of springs and spring parts that are exposed to corrosive effects and sometimes slightly increased temperatures (see A.1).

1.1 This European standard covers the grades of wrought steels and nickel alloys listed in tables 1 to 3 which are usually employed for products, for which the main requirement is their resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of combustion at temperatures above 550° C. 1.2 This EN 10095 specifies the technical delivery conditions for semi-finished products, for hot or cold rolled sheet/plate and strip, hot or cold formed bars, rods and sections of heat resisting steels and nickel alloys.

1.1 This European Standard applies to the grades of wrought high-alloy materials listed in table 1. These valve materials are used for intake and exhaust valves in reciprocating internal combustion engines. It is applicable to bars, wire, rod and forgings and for the surface finishes listed in note 3 of 6.3. 1.2 This European Standard does not apply to alloys resistant to wear and corrosion which are used to protect valve seat surfaces.

This European Standard applies to cold-rolled stainless, heat-resisting steel flat products in thicknesses up to and including 3,0 mm and rolled widths of less than 600 mm delivered as: a) narrow strip (coils with a rolled width < 600 mm), b) slit cold-rolled narrow strip, c) cut lengths obtained from slit cold- rolled narrow strip or cold-rolled narrow strip. It does not apply to cold- rolled stainless, heat resisting and creep resisting steel wide strip and plate/sheet (rolled width greater or equal to 600 mm, see EN 10259), or to cold-rolled products for which there is a specific standard.

This European Standard applies to cold-rolled stainless, heat resisting and creep resisting steel flat products in thicknesses upto 6,5 mm and rolled widthsof 600 mm upto 2100 mm delivered as: a) wide strip (coils with a rolled width greater or equal to 600 mm), b) sheet or plate cut from wide strip, c) slit cold-rolled wide strip, d) cut lengths obtained from slit cold-rolled wide strip or sheet.
