Pallets for materials handling - Repair of flat wooden pallets (ISO 18613:2014)

ISO 18613:2014 specifies the maximum defects and damage allowed before a flat wooden pallet shall be repaired, and defines the minimum repair criteria that shall be used.
ISO 18613:2014 is applicable to wooden flat pallets repaired with wood based components.

Diese Internationale Norm definiert die größten Mängel und Beschädigungen, die zulässig sind, bevor eine Flachpalette aus Holz repariert werden muss, und sie legt die mindestens anzuwendenden Reparaturkriterien fest.
Diese Internationale Norm ist auf Flachpaletten aus Holz anwendbar, die mit Teilen aus Holz repariert werden.
ANMERKUNG In dieser Internationalen Norm werden die größten Mängel und Beschädigungen beschrieben, und in den Anhängen A bis D werden Beispiele für Mängel und Beschädigungen der besonders häufig eingesetzten Paletten angegeben, mit deren Feststellung diese Paletten für die Verwendung unannehmbar werden. Für sonstige Palettentypen sollten ähnliche Kriterien aufgestellt werden. Die Reparaturkriterien für Pool- und Mietpaletten werden durch ihre jeweiligen Prüfer bzw. Eigentümer überwacht, und können einer Lizenz unterliegen.

L'ISO 18613:2014 décrit les défauts et dommages maximums admissibles avant qu'une palette soit réparée et spécifie les critères de réparation minimaux à utiliser.

Ta mednarodni standard določa največje dopustno število nepravilnosti in poškodb, preden je treba ravno leseno
paleto popraviti, in določa minimalne kriterije popravila, ki jih je treba uporabiti.
Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja za ravne lesene palete, ki se popravijo s sestavnimi deli na osnovi lesa.
OPOMBA: Največje dopustno število nepravilnosti in poškodb za palete je navedeno v tem mednarodnem standardu, dodatki A do D pa prikazujejo primere nepravilnosti in poškodb, zaradi česar so pogosto uporabljene palete neuporabne. Tudi za druge tipe palet naj bi se vzpostavili podobni kriteriji. Posamezni nadzorni operaterji/lastniki nadzorujejo kriterije popravila za zbirne in najete palete, za katere je morda potrebno dovoljenje.

This document (EN ISO 18613:2014) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 51 “Pallets for unit
load method of materials handling" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 261 “Packaging” the
secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2015, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by May 2015.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
