Safety of machinery - Safety requirements for the design and construction of paper making and finishing machines - Part 5: Sheeters

This European Standard applies to sheeters, including unwinding units, sheet stacker, drive and control units intended for use in paper making and shall be used together with !EN 1034-1:2000+A1:2009". Paper dust and edge strip suction devices are not covered by this standard. It deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and hazard events relevant to sheeters, when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer (see clause 4). This standard does not apply to:
-   sheeters for corrugated board (see EN 1010-5);
-   sheeters for foil (see EN 1010-1);
-   sheeters with sheet feeders (see EN 1010-1);
-   guillotines (see EN 1010-3:2002).
This document is not applicable to sheeters that have been manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN.

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Querschneider einschließlich Abrollungen, Einrichtung zur Bogenstapelung,
Antrieb und Steuerung, die zur Verwendung bei der Papierherausrüstung bestimmt sind, und ist in Verbindung
mit !EN 1034-1:2000+A1:2010" anzuwenden werden. Anlagen zur Absaugung von Papierstaub und
Randstreifen fallen nicht unter diese Norm. Sie behandelt alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen
und Gefährdungsereignisse, die auf Querschneider zutreffen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und
entsprechend den vorhersehbaren Bedingungen des Herstellers verwendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 4). Diese
Norm gilt nicht für:
⎯ Querschneider für Wellpappe (siehe EN 1010-5);
⎯ Querschneider für Folien (siehe EN 1010-1);
⎯ Querschneider mit Bogenanlegern (siehe EN 1010-1);
⎯ Planschneider (siehe EN 1010-3:2002).
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Querschneider, die hergestellt wurden, bevor CEN diese Europäische
Norm veröffentlichte.

La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux coupeuses transversales comprenant unités de déroulage, dispositif pour l’empilage des feuilles, entraînement et système de commande, qui sont destinés à être employés lors de la finition du papier, et doit être appliquée conjointement avec l’!EN 1034-1:2000+A1:2010". Les installations pour l’aspiration de la poussière de papier et des rognures ne rentrent pas dans le domaine d’application de cette norme. Elle traite de l’ensemble des phénomènes dangereux, situations dangereuses et événements dangereux qui concernent les coupeuses transversales lorsque celles-ci sont utilisées normalement et dans les conditions d’utilisation abusive qui peuvent raisonnablement être prévues par le fabricant (voir Article 4). Cette norme n’est pas applicable aux :
-   coupeuses transversales pour le carton ondulé (voir l’EN 1010-5) ;
-   coupeuses transversales pour les films en matière plastique ou en aluminium (voir l’EN 1010-1) ;
-   coupeuses transversales avec margeurs (voir l’EN 1010-1) ;
-   massicots (voir l'EN 1010-3:2002).
Cette Norme européenne n’est pas applicable aux coupeuses transversales qui ont été fabriquées avant sa publication par le CEN.

Varnost strojev - Varnostne zahteve za načrtovanje in konstrukcijo strojev in opreme za izdelavo papirja - 5. del: Rezalni stroji

Ta evropski standard velja za rezalne stroje, vključno z enotami za odvijanje,  nakladalniki pol ter pogonskimi in krmilnimi enotami, ki so namenjeni uporabi pri izdelavi papirja in se uporablja skupaj z EN 1034-1:2000+A1:2010. Ta standard ne zajema naprav za odsesavanje papirnega prahu in robnih trakov. Obravnava vse velike nevarnosti, nevarne situacije in primere, pomembne za rezalne stroje, kadar se uporabljajo v skladu z namembnostjo in pod pogoji, kot jih je predvidel proizvajalec (glej Klavzulo 4). Ta standard ne velja za: - rezalne stroje za valovit karton in lepenko (glej EN 1010-5), - rezalne stroje za folijo (glej EN 1010-1), - rezalne stroje s podajalnikom pol (glej EN 1010-1), - giljotine (glej EN 1010-3:2002). Ta dokument ne velja za rezalne stroje, ki so bili izdelani pred datumom, ko je CEN objavil ta dokument.
