Anwendungsbereich
Dieser Teil der ISO 11680 enthält sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen und die Feststellung deren Übereinstimmung für die Gestaltung und Konstruktion von handgehaltenen Hochentastern mit rückenge-tragener Antriebseinheit mit Antriebswelle zur Übertragung der Energie auf die Schneidgarnituren. Die behandelten Schneidgarnitu-ren sind Sägeketten, scherenartige Schneidvorrichtungen und rotierende Kreissägeblätter.
Dieser Teil der ISO 11680 beschreibt Verfahren für die Beseitigung oder Verringerung von Gefährdungen, die durch ihren Einsatz entstehen. Außerdem legt er die Art der Informationen für sichere Arbeitsweisen fest, die vom Hersteller zur Verfügung zu stellen sind. Das Risiko des Kontaktes oder der unmittelbaren Nähe zu Starkstromlei-tungen wird abgesehen von Warnhinweisen und Hinweisen in der Betriebsanleitung nicht behandelt. Um das Risiko des elektrischen Schlages durch Starkstromleitungen zu berücksichtigen, müssen Prüfmethoden und Anforderungen erarbeitet werden.
Die Liste der signifikanten Gefährdungen, die Maßnahmen zur Verminderung des Risikos erfor-dern, ist im Anhang A enthalten.
Die Gefährdung der Umwelt wird nicht in Betracht gezogen.
Dieser Teil der ISO 11680 gilt in erster Linie für Hochentaster, die nach dem Ausgabedatum der Norm hergestellt worden sind.
