Foodstuffs - Determination of trace elements - Pressure digestion

This European Standard specifies a method for the digestion of foodstuffs under pressure intended for use in the determination of trace elements. This method has been collaboratively tested in combination with atomic absorption (flame, furnace, hydride, cold-vapour) techniques, ICP-MS. ICP-OES and voltametry can be used in combination with the measurement standards, which make reference to this one.

Lebensmittel - Bestimmung von Elementspuren - Druckaufschluss

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Druckaufschlussverfahren für Lebensmittel zur Bestimmung von Elementspuren fest. Dieses Verfahren wurde im Ringversuch in Verbindung mit der Atomabsorptionstechnik (Flamme, Ofen, Hydrid, Kaltdampf) und ICP-MS geprüft. ICP-OES und Voltammetrie können in Kombination mit den Prüfnormen angewendet werden, die einen Verweis auf diese Norm enthalten.

Produits alimentaires - Détermination des éléments-traces - Digestion sous forte pression

Le présent projet d'EN spécifie une méthode de digestion des produits alimentaires sous haute pression afin de déterminer les éléments trace. Cette méthode a été testée par plusieurs laboratoires en combinaison avec d'autres techniques: spectrométrie d'absorption atomique (en flamme, à four graphite, par génération d'hydrures, par génération de vapeurs froides).
