Dieser Teil von ISO 10724 legt die allgemeinen Grundlagen fest, die beim Spritzgießen von Probekörpern aus duroplastischen rieselfähigen Formmassen (PMC) zu befolgen sind, und beschreibt Einzelheiten der Werkzeug-Gestaltung für die Herstellung eines Probekörpertyps, die bei der Ermittlung wiederholbarer Form-gebungs-bedingungen verwendet werden sollen. Sein Zweck ist es, die Einheitlichkeit in der Beschreibung der wesentlichen Formgebungs-Parameter zu fördern und auch eine einheitliche Berichts-Ausübung über Spritzgieß-Bedingungen einzuführen. Die speziellen Bedingungen, die zur reproduzierbaren Herstellung von Probe-körpern mit vergleichbaren Ergebnissen notwendig sind, wechseln mit der jeweils verwendeten Formmasse. Diese Bedingungen sind entweder in der für die entsprechende Formmasse geltenden Internationalen Norm angegeben oder von den interessierten Parteien zu vereinbaren.
ANMERKUNG   Bei ISO-Ringversuchen mit Phenol-Formaldehyd (PF)-, Harnstoff-Formaldehyd (UF)-, Melamin-Formaldehyd (MF)- und Melaminphenol (MP)- und ungesättigten Polyester (UP)-Formmassen hat sich gezeigt, dass die Gestaltung des Werkzeugs einen wichtigen Faktor für die reproduzierbare Probekörper-Herstellung darstellt.

La présente partie de l'ISO 3672 spécifie les méthodes de préparation des éprouvettes et les méthodes d'essai à appliquer pour déterminer les propriétés des résines de polyesters non saturés. Elle fixe les exigences concernant, d'une part, le traitement du matériau pour l'essai, et d'autre part, le conditionnement des éprouvettes avant les essais.  Les propriétés des résines de polyesters non saturés réticulées ont été choisies parmi les méthodes d'essai générales de l'ISO 10350-1. D'autres méthodes d'essai largement utilisées pour caractériser ces résines de polyesters non saturés ou présentant une importance particulière (en particulier celles qui déterminent les propriétés de mise en oeuvre des résines non polymérisées) sont également incluses dans la présente partie de l'ISO 3672.  Afin d'obtenir des résultats d'essai comparables et reproductibles, il est nécessaire d'appliquer les spécifications du présent document en ce qui concerne les méthodes d'essai, la préparation et le conditionnement des échantillons, les éprouvettes et leurs dimensions. Les valeurs déterminées ne seront pas nécessairement identiques à celles obtenues en utilisant des éprouvettes ayant d'autres dimensions ou préparées selon d'autres modes opératoires.  Il existe d'autres normes relatives à la «détermination des propriétés et à la préparation des éprouvettes» de produits à base de polyesters non saturés auxquelles il sera fait référence, si nécessaire.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has been taken over as a European Standard
by Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 "Plastics", the secretariat of which is held by IBN.

identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2002, and conflicting national standards
shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2002.
