Plastics sacks for household waste collection - Types, requirements and test methods
This European Standard specifies the general characteristics, test methods and requirements for sacks, bags and bin liners, made from plastic films, used for household waste collection, or household selective waste collection including collection of biodegradable waste for organic recycling (biodegradation and composting).
For the purpose of this European Standard biodegradable and compostable sacks, including ties if any, are those which comply with EN 13432.
This European standard applies only to sacks, bags and bin liners for which the first use is for household waste collection, or household selective waste collection.
NOTE For editorial reasons, in this document the terms "sack" and "bag" are synonymous.
Kunststoffsäcke für die Abfallsammlung aus Haushalten - Typen, Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren
Diese Europäische Norm legt die allgemeinen Merkmale, Prüfverfahren und Anforderungen für Säcke, Beutel und Müllbeutel aus Kunststofffolien fest, die für die Sammlung oder die getrennte Sammlung von Haushaltsabfällen, einschließlich der Sammlung von biologisch abbaubarem Abfall für die organische Verwertung (biologischer Abbau und Kompostierung), verwendet werden.
Für die Anwendung dieser Europäischen Norm müssen biologisch abbaubare und kompostierbare Säcke, einschließlich eventuell vorhandener Verschlussbänder, mit EN 13432 übereinstimmen.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les caractéristiques générales, les méthodes d'essai et les exigences relatives aux sacs et sacs poubelles fabriqués à partir de films plastiques et utilisés pour la collecte ou la collecte sélective des déchets ménagers, y compris la collecte des déchets biodégradables en vue d'un recyclage organique (biodégradation et compostage).
Pour les besoins de la présente Norme européenne, les sacs biodégradables et compostables, y compris les liens le cas échéant, sont ceux qui sont conformes à l'EN 13432.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique uniquement aux sacs et sacs poubelles dont l'usage premier est la collecte ou la collecte sélective des déchets ménagers.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas aux sacs utilisés pour protéger les poubelles, qui ne sont pas soulevés lors de l’opération de vidage et qui n’exigent donc pas les mêmes caractéristiques mécaniques.

Plastične vreče za zbiranje odpadkov iz gospodinjstev - Vrste, zahteve in preskusne metode
Ta osnutek evropskega standarda določa splošne lastnosti, preskusne metode in zahteve za vreče, vrečke in vrečke za smeti iz plastičnih folij, ki se uporabljajo za zbiranje gospodinjskih odpadkov ali ločeno zbiranje gospodinjskih odpadkov, vključeno z zbiranjem biološko razgradljivih odpadkov za organsko recikliranje (biorazgradljivost in kompostiranje).
