Thermal spraying - Pre-treatment of surfaces of metallic parts and components for thermal spraying
This document specifies the processing of surface preparation for thermal spraying. Important principles indicated in this European Standard are intended to be taken into consideration when surfaces of metallic parts are to be prepared for thermal spraying. This document applies for production of new parts as well as for the repair of worn parts.
This document does not apply for thermal spraying in the case of protection against atmospheric corrosion by coatings of zinc and/or aluminium and their alloys, for which EN ISO 2063-1:2017 and EN ISO 2063-2:2017 apply.
Thermisches Spritzen - Vorbehandlung von Oberflächen metallischer Werkstücke und Bauteile für das thermische Spritzen
Dieses Dokument legt die Vorgehensweise zur Vorbereitung von Oberflächen zum thermischen Spritzen fest. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die in dieser Europäischen Norm angegebenen wichtigen Grundsätze beim Vorbereiten von Oberflächen metallischer Bauteile zum thermischen Spritzen berücksichtigt werden. Dieses Dokument gilt sowohl für die Neufertigung als auch für das Instandsetzen verschlissener Teile.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für das thermische Spritzen zum Schutz gegen atmosphärische Korrosion durch Schichten aus Zink und/oder Aluminium und deren Legierungen, dafür gelten EN ISO 2063-1:2017 und EN ISO 2063-2:2017.

Le présent document spécifie les opérations associées à la préparation des surfaces destinées à recevoir un revêtement appliqué par projection thermique. Les principes importants indiqués dans la présente Norme européenne doivent être pris en considération lors de la préparation des surfaces métalliques destinées à être soumises à l'opération de projection thermique. Le présent document s’applique à la fois à la production de nouvelles pièces et à la réparation de pièces usées.
Le présent document ne s'applique pas à la projection thermique en cas de protection contre la corrosion atmosphérique par des revêtements de zinc et/ou d’aluminium et leurs alliages, pour lesquels EN ISO 2063‐1:2017 et EN ISO 2063‐2:2017 sont applicables.
Vroče brizganje - Predobdelava površin kovinskih delov in komponent za vroče brizganje
Ta evropski standard določa obdelavo priprave površin za vroče brizganje. Pri pripravi površin kovinskih delov za vroče brizganje je treba upoštevati pomembna načela v tem evropskem standardu. Ta evropski standard se uporablja tako za proizvodnjo novih delov kot popravilo obrabljenih delov.
Ta evropski standard se ne uporablja za vroče brizganje kot zaščito pred atmosfersko korozijo s premazi iz cinka in/ali aluminija ter njunih zlitin, za kar se uporabljata standarda prEN ISO 2063 1:2014 in prEN ISO 2063 2:2014.
