Thermal spraying - Pre-treatment of surfaces of metallic parts and components for thermal spraying

This European Standard specifies the processing of surface preparation for thermal spraying. Important principles indicated in this European Standard should be taken into consideration when surfaces of metallic parts are to be prepared for thermal spraying. This European Standard applies for production of new parts as well as for the repair of worn parts.
This European Standard does not apply for thermal spraying in the case of protection against atmospheric corrosion by coatings of zinc and/or aluminium and their alloys, for which EN ISO 2063 applies.

Thermisches Spritzen - Vorbehandlung von Oberflächen metallischer Werkstücke und Bauteile für das thermische Spritzen

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Vorgehensweise zur Vorbereitung von Oberflächen zum thermischen Spritzen fest. Wichtige Grundsätze, die in dieser Europäischen Norm angegeben sind, sollten berücksichtigt werden, wenn Oberflächen metallischer Bauteile zum thermischen Spritzen vorzubereiten sind. Diese Europäische Norm gilt sowohl für die Neufertigung als auch für das Instandset¬zen verschlissener Teile.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für das thermische Spritzen zum Schutz gegen atmosphärische Korrosion durch Schichten aus Zink und/oder Aluminium und deren Legierungen, dafür gilt EN ISO 2063.

Projection thermique - Traitement préalable de surface de pièces et composants métalliques pour projection thermique

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les opérations associées à la préparation des surfaces destinées à recevoir un revêtement obtenu par projection thermique. Il convient que les principes importants indiqués dans la présente Norme européenne soient pris en considération lors de la préparation des surfaces métalliques destinées à être traitées par projection thermique. La présente Norme européenne s’applique à la fois à la production de nouvelles pièces et à la réparation de pièces usées.
Cette Norme européenne ne s‘applique pas à la projection thermique dans le cas de protection contre la corrosion atmosphérique par des revêtements de zinc et/ou d’aluminium et leurs alliages pour lesquels l’EN ISO 2063 est applicable.

Ta evropski standard določa postopek priprave površine za vroče brizganje. Pomembna načela, navedena v tem evropskem standardu, je potrebno upoštevati pri pripravi površin kovinskih delov za vroče brizganje. Ta evropski standard se uporablja za proizvodnjo novih delov, kot tudi za popravilo obrabljenih delov. Ta evropski standard se ne uporablja za vroče brizganje v primeru zaščite pred atmosfersko korozijo s prevleko iz cinka in/ali aluminija ter njunih zlitin, za katere se uporablja EN ISO 2063.
