Open Data Communication in Building Automation, Controls and Building Management - Control Network Protocol - Part 3: Power Line Channel Specification

This European Standard specifies all the information necessary to facilitate the exchange of data and control information over the power line medium for networked control systems in commercial Building Automation, Controls and Building Management.
This European Standard establishes a minimal set of rules for compliance. It does not rule out extended services to be provided, given that the rules are adhered to within the system. It is the intention of the standard to permit extended services (defined by users) to coexist.
Certain aspects of this standard are defined in other documents. These documents are referenced where relevant. In the case where a referenced standard conflicts with this European Standard, this part of EN 14908 will prevail.

La présente norme européenne spécifie toute l’information nécessaire pour faciliter l’échange de données et l’information de contrôle du protocole sur le médium réseau de puissance destiné aux systèmes de contrôle en réseau en matière d'automatisation, de régulation et de gestion technique des bâtiments commerciaux.
La présente norme européenne établit un ensemble minimum de règles pour la conformité. Elle n’exclut pas les services supplémentaires à fournir, pour autant que ces règles soient associées au domaine du système. Il est prévu que cette norme permette aux extensions de services (définies par l’utilisateur) de coexister.
Certains aspects de la présente norme sont définis dans d’autres documents. Ces documents sont référencés autant que de besoin. Dans le cas où une norme référencée entre en contradiction avec la présente norme européenne, cette partie de l'EN 14908 prévaut.

Standard EN 14908-3 navaja vse informacije, potrebne za lažjo izmenjavo podatkov in informacij o nadzoru prek električne napajalne napeljave za mrežne krmilne sisteme v komercialni avtomatizaciji stavb in izvršnih elementov ter pri upravljanju stavb. Ta evropski standard navaja minimalni sklop pravil za ohranjanje skladnosti. Ne onemogoča zagotavljanja širših storitev, če so pravila spoštovana. Namen standarda je, da omogoča soobstoj širših storitev, ki jih opredelijo uporabniki. Določeni vidiki tega standarda so opredeljeni v drugih dokumentih. Standard se na te dokumente nanaša v delih, kjer je to potrebno. Če je kateri od standardov, na katere se ta standard nanaša, v nasprotju s tem evropskim standardom, prevlada ta del standarda EN 14908.
