Hot rolled products of structural steels - Part 6: Technical delivery conditions for flat products of high yield strength structural steels in the quenched and tempered condition

Part 6 of this document, in addition to part 1, specifies requirements for flat products of high yield strength alloy special steels. The grades and qualities are given in Tables 2 to 4 (chemical composition) and Tables 5 to 7 (mechanical properties) and are supplied in the quenched and tempered condition as given in 6.3.
The steels specified in this document are applicable to hot-rolled flat products with a minimum nominal thickness of 3 mm and a maximum nominal thickness <= 150 mm for grades S460, S500, S550, S620 and S690, a maximum nominal thickness <= 100 mm for grade S890 and a maximum nominal thickness <= 50 mm for grade S960, in steels which, after quenching and tempering, have a specified minimum yield strength of 460 MPa ) to 960 MPa1).

Teil 6 dieses Dokumentes legt — zusätzlich zu Teil 1 — die Anforderungen fest für Flacherzeugnisse aus
legierten Edelstählen mit höherer Streckgrenze. Die Sorten und Gütegruppen sind in den Tabellen 2 bis 4
(chemische Zusammensetzung) sowie 5 bis 7 (mechanische Eigenschaften) aufgeführt und sie werden im
vergüteten Zustand nach 6.3 geliefert.
Die Stähle nach diesem Dokument werden für warmgewalzte Flacherzeugnisse mit Nenndicken von 3 mm bis
150 mm bei den Sorten S460, S500, S550, S620 und S690, maximal 100 mm bei der Sorte S890 und
maximal 50 mm bei der Sorte S960 verwendet und weisen im vergüteten Zustand Mindestwerte der
Streckgrenze im Bereich von 460 MPa1) bis 960 MPa1) auf.

La présente partie 6 de l’EN 10025 spécifie, avec la partie 1, les exigences pour les produits plats en aciers alliés
spéciaux à haute limite d’élasticité. Les nuances et qualités sont données dans les Tableaux 2 à 4 (composition
chimique) et 5 à 7 (caractéristiques mécaniques) et sont livrés à l’état trempé et revenu spécifié en 6.3.
Les aciers spécifiés dans le présent document sont applicables aux produits plats laminés à chaud d’épaisseur
nominale minimale de 3 mm et d’épaisseur nominale maximale ≤ 150 mm pour les nuances S460, S500, S550,
S620 et S690, d’épaisseur nominale maximale ≤ 100 mm pour la nuance S890, et d’épaisseur nominale
maximale ≤ 50 mm pour la nuance S960, en acier ayant, après trempe et revenu, une limite d’élasticité minimale
