Foodstuffs - Determination of trace elements - Pressure digestion

This European Standard specifies a method for the pressure digestion of foodstuffs intended for the determination of elements. This method has been collaboratively tested in combination with atomic absorption (flame, electrothermal (ET), hydride, cold-vapour) techniques and ICP-MS. Other techniques such as e.g. ICP-OES, voltammetry or atomic fluorescence can be used in combination with this European Standard.

Lebensmittel - Bestimmung von Elementspuren - Druckaufschluss

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Druckaufschlussverfahren für Lebensmittel zur Bestimmung von Elementspuren fest. Dieses Verfahren wurde im Ringversuch in Verbindung mit der Atomabsorptionstechnik (Flamme, Graphitrohr (ET), Hydrid, Kaltdampf) und ICP-MS geprüft. Andere Techniken wie z. B. ICP-OES, Voltammetrie oder Atomfluoreszenz können in Kombination mit dieser Europäischen Norm angewendet werden.

Produits alimentaires - Dosage des éléments traces - Digestion sous pression

La présente Norme européenne spécifie une méthode de digestion sous pression des produits alimentaires aux fins de dosage des éléments traces. Cette méthode a été testée par plusieurs laboratoires en combinaison avec d’autres techniques : spectrométrie d’absorption atomique (en flamme, électrothermique (ET), par génération d’hydrures, par génération de vapeurs froides). D’autres techniques d’analyse par plasma à couplage inductif avec détection par spectrométrie de masse (ICP-MS), par plasma à couplage inductif avec détection par spectrométrie d’émission optique (ICP-OES), par voltamétrie ou par fluorescence atomique, peuvent être utilisées en combinaison avec la présente Norme européenne.

Živila - Določevanje elementov v sledovih - Razklop pod tlakom

Ta evropski standard določa metodo za razklop živil pod tlakom za namene določevanja elementov v sledovih. Ta metoda je bila testirana v kombinaciji s tehnikami atomske absorpcije (plamen, peč, hidrid, hladne pare) in masno spektrometrijo z induktivno sklopljeno plazmo (ICP-MS). Druge tehnike, kot so optična emisijska spektrometrija z induktivno sklopljeno plazmo (ICP-OES), voltametrija ali atomska fluorescenca, se lahko uporabljajo v kombinaciji s tem standardom.
