This document describes procedures for factory production control, third party inspection, and certification for verifying the conformity of gully tops and manhole tops with a clear opening up to and including 1 000 mm for installation within areas subjected to pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic in accordance with prEN 124-7.
This document is only applicable in combination with prEN 124-7. The quality management system is expected to conform to or to be no less stringent than the relevant requirements of EN ISO 9001.
This document details the applicable characteristics to be assessed for type testing, batch release test, process verification test and audit test, as well as frequency and sampling for testing products according to prEN 124-7.

Dieses Dokument beschreibt Verfahren für die werkseigene Produktionskontrolle, Fremdüberwachung und Zertifizierung von Abdeckungen und Aufsätzen mit einer lichten Weite bis einschließlich 1000mm zum Abdecken von Abläufen und Einsteigschächten in Flächen, die für Fußgänger- und/oder Fahrzeugverkehr bestimmt sind, zur Verifizierung der Konformität mit prEN124-7.
Dieses Dokument gilt nur in Verbindung mit prEN124-7. Es wird erwartet, dass das Qualitätssicherungssystem mindestens den maßgeblichen Anforderungen der ENISO9001 entspricht.
Dieses Dokument beschreibt im Detail die jeweils zutreffenden Eigenschaften, die bei der Typprüfung, der Freigabeprüfung einer Charge, der Prozessüberprüfung und der Auditprüfung zu bewerten sind, sowie die Häufigkeit und die Probenahmeverfahren für die Prüfung von Produkten nach prEN124-7.

Le présent document décrit des modes opératoires pour le contrôle de la production en usine, l’inspection par tierce partie et la certification permettant de vérifier la conformité des dispositifs de fermeture et de couronnement avec une cote de passage inférieure ou égale à 1 000 mm, destinés à être installés dans des zones soumises à la circulation des piétons et/ou de véhicules conformément au prEN 124-7.
Le présent document ne s’applique que conjointement au prEN 124-7. Il est attendu que le système de management de la qualité soit conforme ou au moins aussi contraignant que les exigences pertinentes de l’EN ISO 9001.
Le présent document détaille les caractéristiques applicables à évaluer pour les essais de type, de libération de lot, de vérification de procédé et d’audit, ainsi que la fréquence et l’échantillonnage des produits à soumettre à essai conformément au prEN 124-7.

water engineering”, the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This document is currently submitted to the CEN Enquiry.

1 Scope
This document describes procedures for factory production control, third party inspection, and
certification for verifying the conformity of gully tops and manhole tops with a clear opening up to and
including 1 000 mm for installation within areas subjected to pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic in
