Gully tops and manhole tops for vehicular and pedestrian areas - Part 6: Gully tops and manhole tops made of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) or unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U)

This European Standard applies to manhole tops and gully tops made of Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) or unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) by a moulding or extrusion process, with a clear opening up to and including 1 000 mm for covering gullies, manholes and inspection chambers for installation within areas subjected to pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic.
It is applicable to manhole tops and gully tops for use in
-   areas which can only be used by pedestrians and pedal cyclists (class A 15), and
-   pedestrian areas and comparable areas, car parks or car parking decks (class B 125).
This European Standard gives guidance for combinations of covers/grating made of PP, PE or PVC–U with frames according to EN 124 2, EN 124 3, EN 124 4 and EN 124 5.
This European Standard is not applicable in isolation but only in combination with EN 124 1.
This European Standard is not applicable to:
-   rodding point covers according to EN 13598 1;
-   gratings/covers as part of prefabricated drainage channels according to EN 1433;
-   floor and roof gullies in buildings which are specified in EN 1253 (all parts);
-   surface boxes.

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Aufsätze und Abdeckungen aus Polypropylen (PP), Polyethylen (PE) oder weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-U), die durch Formen oder Extrusion hergestellt werden, mit einer lichten Weite bis einschließlich 1 000 mm zum Abdecken von Abläufen und Einsteig- und Kontrollschächten, Schächten und Inspektionsöffnungen in Flächen, die für Fußgänger- und/oder Fahrzeugverkehr bestimmt sind.
Sie gilt für Abdeckungen und Aufsätze zum Einbau in
-   Flächen, die ausschließlich von Fußgängern und Radfahrern benutzt werden können (Klasse A 15),
-   Fußgängerzonen und vergleichbare Flächen, PKW Parkflächen oder PKW-Parkdecks (Klasse B 125).
Diese Europäische Norm enthält außerdem Leitlinien für Kombinationen aus Deckeln/Rosten aus PP, PE oder PVC-U und Rahmen nach Fpr EN 124-2, FprEN 124-3, FprEN 124-4 undbis Fpr EN 124-5.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht als alleinstehendes Dokument, sondern ausschließlich in Verbindung mit FprEN 124-1.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für:
-   Abdeckungen von Reinigungsöffnungen nach EN 13598-1;
-   Roste/Deckel als Teil vorgefertigter Entwässerungsrinnen nach EN 1433;
-   BodenDach- und DachBodenabläufe in Gebäuden, wie in EN 1253 (alle Teile) festgelegt;
-   Straßenkappen.

La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux dispositifs de fermeture et de couronnement fabriqués en polypropylène (PP), en polyéthylène (PE) ou en polychlorure de vinyle non plastifié (PVC-U) par un procédé de moulage ou d'extrusion, avec une cote de passage inférieure ou égale à 1 000 mm pour la fermeture des ouvertures des avaloirs, des regards de visite et des boîtes d'inspection ou de branchement installés dans des zones soumises à la circulation des piétons et/ou de véhicules.
Elle est applicable aux dispositifs de fermeture et de couronnement à utiliser dans
-   les zones susceptibles d’être utilisées exclusivement par des piétons et des cyclistes (classe A 15), et
-   les zones piétonnes et zones comparables, aires de stationnement ou parkings à étages pour voitures (Classe B 125).
La présente Norme européenne fournit également des lignes directrices pour les combinaisons de tampons/grilles fabriquées en PP, PE ou PVC-U avec des cadres conformément aux FprEN 124 2, FprEN 124 3, FprEN 124 4 et FprEN 124 5.
La présente Norme européenne n'est pas applicable individuellement, mais uniquement en association avec le FprEN 124 1.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas :
-   aux points de curage à conformes à l'EN 13598 1 ;
-   aux grilles/tampons faisant partie des caniveaux hydrauliques préfabriqués conformes à l'EN 1433 ;
-   aux avaloirs de sol de toiture dans les bâtiments qui sont spécifiés dans l'EN 1253 (toutes les parties) ;
-   aux bouches à clé.

Pokrovi za odtoke in jaške na voznih površinah in površinah za pešce - 6. del: Pokrovi za odtoke in jaške iz polipropilena (PP), polietilena (PE) ali nemehčanega polivinilklorida (PVC-U)

Ta standard se uporablja za pokrove za odtoke in jaške s svetlo odprtino do vključno 500 mm, ki so nameščeni na območjih s površino za pešce in/ali vozno površino. Uporablja se za pokrove za odtoke in jaške ter rešetke za razred A15 in razred B125 iz polipropilena (PP), polivinilklorida (PVC-U) ali polietilena (PE) s procesi za oblikovanje ali ekstrudiranje.  Ta standard se ne uporablja za pokrove za jaške in odtoke, pri katerih lahko med uporabo nastane specifična statična elektrika. 6. del se ne uporablja samostojno, ampak samo v kombinaciji s standardom EN 124-1. Ne uporablja se za rešetke v okviru predizdelane padavinske kanalizacije v skladu s standardom EN 1433 ali za talne odtoke in strešne žlebove v stavbah, ki so navedeni v standardu EN 1253-1, ter za površinske škatle.

Glass fibres shall not be added to PVC-U and PE materials. All materials shall be UV stabilized (see 4.3). Guidance shall be given in the manufacturers installation guide how to avoid exposure to high temperatures by hot bitumen or asphalt.
