Dieses Dokument legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung des Drehmoments zum Öffnen und Schließen von Armaturen aus Thermoplasten fest.
Dieses Dokument ist auf alle Typen von Armaturen aus Thermoplasten anwendbar, die für den Transport von Flüssigkeiten nach ISO 16135, ISO 16136, ISO 16138, ISO 16139, ISO 21787 vorgesehen sind.
Die Beziehung zwischen dem Drehmoment und dessen möglicher Erhöhung nach längerem Gebrauch der Armatur bei bestimmten Arbeitsbedingungen oder Materialverschleiß/chemischer Aggression ist nicht festgelegt.
ANMERKUNG Bezüglich der chemischen Aggression der Materialien ist in ISO/TR 10358 eine Sammlung von Daten über die Dauerprüfung angegeben, die erforderlich ist, um die Fähigkeit handbetätigter Armaturen aus Thermoplasten zu bestätigen, einem längeren Gebrauch bei wiederholtem Öffnen und Schließen standzuhalten. Weitere Informationen sind in ISO 8659 angegeben.
