La présente Norme européenne décrit un système de gestion des indicateurs de performance clés destinés à mesurer la performance de la maintenance sous l’influence de divers facteurs, par exemple économiques, techniques et organisationnels, afin d’évaluer et d’améliorer le rendement et l’efficacité pour atteindre l’excellence dans la maintenance des immobilisations techniques.

Ta evropski standard opisuje sistem za upravljanje ključnih kazalnikov učinkovitosti vzdrževanja, s katerimi se meri učinkovitost upravljanja na področju vplivnih dejavnikov, kot so ekonomski, tehnični in organizacijski vidiki, za oceno in izboljšanje učinkovitosti in uspešnosti s ciljem doseganja odličnosti pri vzdrževanju tehničnih sredstev.

NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST EN 15341 (sl), Vzdrževanje – Bistveni kazalniki učinkovitosti vzdrževanja, 2007, ima
status slovenskega standarda in je istoveten evropskemu standardu EN 15341 (en,de,fr)),
Maintenance – Maintenance key performance indicators, 2007.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 15341:2007 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 319 Vzdrževanje, katerega sekretariat vodi UNI. Slovenski standard SIST EN 15341:2007 je
prevod evropskega standarda EN 15341:2007. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda
v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v angleškem jeziku.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je dne 23. aprila 2007 sprejel Strokovni svet SIST za področja
elektrotehnike, informacijske tehnologije in telekomunikacij.
ZVEZA S STANDARDI
S privzemom tega evropskega standarda veljajo za omejeni namen referenčnih standardov vsi
standardi, navedeni v izvirniku, razen standardov, ki so že sprejeti v nacionalno standardizacijo:

OSNOVA ZA IZDAJO STANDARDA

Ta evropski standard je sprejel CEN sprejel 10. februarja 2007.
Člani CEN morajo izpolnjevati notranje predpise CEN/CENELEC, ki določajo pogoje, pod katerimi
dobi ta standard status nacionalnega standarda brez kakršnih koli sprememb. Najnovejši seznami teh
nacionalnih standardov in njihovi bibliografski podatki se na zahtevo lahko dobijo pri Centralnem
sekretariatu ali katerem koli članu CEN.
Ta evropski standard obstaja v treh uradnih izdajah (angleški, francoski in nemški). Izdaje v drugih
jezikih, ki jih člani CEN na lastno odgovornost prevedejo in izdajo ter prijavijo pri Centralnem
sekretariatu CEN, veljajo kot uradne izdaje.
