Aerospace series - Quality management systems - Variation management of key characteristics

This Standard is primarily intended to apply to new parts, but can also be applied to parts currently in production. The Standard shall be applicable to all production processes that influence the variation of Key Characteristics.
The variation control process begins with product definition, typically an engineering drawing or specification which identifies Key Characteristics and leads to a variation management program for those Key Characteristics. This process may also be used for Producer-identified Key Characteristics.

Diese Norm ist in erster Linie für neue Teile bestimmt, kann jedoch auch auf Teile der laufenden Produktion angewandt  werden. Sie gilt für alle Produktionsprozesse, die Einfluss auf die Änderungen von Schlüsselmerkmalen haben.
Der Änderungslenkungsprozess beginnt mit der Produktdefinition, üblicherweise einer technischen Zeichnung oder Spezifikation, in der Schlüsselmerkmale festgestellt werden, und führt zu einem Managementprogramm für die Änderungen dieser Schlüsselmerkmale. Dieser Prozess darf auch für vom Hersteller festgestellte Schlüssel¬merkmale verwendet werden.

Cette norme est principalement destinée aux nouvelles pièces, mais elle peut également s’appliquer aux productions existantes. Elle doit être applicable à tous les procédés de production qui induisent une dispersion des caractéristiques clés.
Le processus de maîtrise des dispersions commence à la définition du produit, typiquement un plan de définition ou une spécification identifiant les caractéristiques clés, et aboutit à un programme de maîtrise des dispersions de ces caractéristiques clés. Ce processus peut être aussi utilisé pour la maîtrise des caractéristiques clés identifiées par le Producteur ou fabricant.
