Machinery for forestry - Safety requirements and testing for pole-mounted powered pruners - Part 2: Machines for use with back-pack power source (ISO 11680-2:2011)

ISO 11680-2:2011 gives safety requirements and measures for their verification for the design and construction of portable, hand-held, pole-mounted powered pruners with a back-pack power unit and using a drive shaft to transmit power to a cutting attachment consisting of a saw chain or reciprocating or circular saw blade. Methods for the elimination or reduction of hazards arising from the use of these machines and the type of information on safe working practices to be provided by the manufacturer are specified.
ISO 11680-2:2011, together with the relevant sections of ISO 11680-1, deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations or hazardous events with the exception of electric shock from contact with overhead electric lines (apart from warnings and advice for inclusion in the instruction handbook) and whole-body vibration from the back-pack power unit, relevant to these machines when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer.

Forstmaschinen - Sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen und Prüfung für motorbetriebene Hochentaster - Teil 2: Geräte für den Gebrauch mit rückentragbarer Antriebseinheit (ISO 11680-2:2011)

Dieser Teil der ISO 11680 enthält sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen und die Feststellung deren Übereinstimmung, für die Gestaltung und Konstruktion von Hand gehaltenen Hochentastern mit einer rückentragbaren Antriebseinheit mit Antriebswelle zur Übertragung der Energie auf die Schneidgarnitur. Die behandelten Schneidgarnituren sind Sägeketten, sich hin und her bewegende Sägeblätter und Kreissäge-blätter.
Diese Norm beschreibt Verfahren für die Beseitigung oder Verringerung von Gefährdungen, die durch ihren Einsatz entstehen. Außerdem legt sie die Art der Informationen für sichere Arbeitsweisen fest, die vom Hersteller zur Verfügung zu stellen sind.
Dieses Dokument behandelt, mit Ausnahme der nachfolgend aufgeführten, alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen oder Gefährdungsereignisse für diese Maschinen, sofern sie unter dem vorgege-benen Zweck und bei vernünftigerweise vorhersehbarem Missbrauch eingesetzt werden.
Nicht behandelte signifikante Gefährdungen sind:
-   Gefährdung durch elektrischen Schlag durch Kontakt mit oberirdischen elektrischen Leitungen, mit Ausnahme von Warnhinweisen und Empfehlungen zur Aufnahme in die Gebrauchsanleitung;
-   Gefährdung durch Ganzkörperschwingungen, die von der rückentragbaren Antriebseinheit ausgehen.
ANMERKUNG   Eine Methode zur Messung der Ganzkörperschwingungen, die von der rückentragbaren Antriebseinheit ausgehen, ist derzeit nicht verfügbar. Siehe Anhang A zur Liste der signifikanten Gefährdungen.
Dieser Teil der ISO 11680 gilt in erster Linie für tragbare handgehaltene Hochentaster, die nach dem Ausgabedatum der Norm hergestellt worden sind.

L'ISO 11680-2:2011 spécifie les exigences de sécurité, et les mesures pour leur vérification, pour la conception et la construction des perches élagueuses portatives à moteur, tenues à la main, équipées d'une source motrice portée à dos et fonctionnant avec un arbre de transmission pour alimenter le dispositif de coupe consistant en une chaîne de scie, lame alternative ou lame de scie circulaire. Elle spécifie également des méthodes pour éliminer ou réduire les phénomènes dangereux inhérents à l'utilisation de ces machines, ainsi que le type d'informations sur les pratiques d'utilisation sûres à fournir par le fabricant.
L'ISO 11680-2:2011, conjointement avec les sections pertinentes de l'ISO 11680-1, traite de tous les phénomènes dangereux significatifs, situations dangereuses et événements dangereux, à l'exception du choc électrique engendré par un contact avec des lignes électriques aériennes (en dehors des avertissements et conseils à inclure dans la notice d'instructions) et des vibrations transmises à l'ensemble du corps par la source motrice portée à dos, pertinents pour ces machines lorsqu'elles sont utilisées normalement et dans des conditions de mauvais usage raisonnablement prévisibles par le fabricant.

Ta del standarda ISO 11680 določa varnostne zahteve in ukrepe za njihovo preverjanje za zasnovo in konstrukcijo prenosnih, ročnih motornih žag za obvejevanje z drogom z nahrbtnim pogonom, ki uporabljajo pogonsko gred za prenos moči do nastavka za rezanje, ki ga sestavlja veriga žage ali premočrtno ali krožno rezilo žage (v nadaljevanju: »stroj«). This document (EN ISO 11680-2:2011) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 23 "Tractors and
machinery for agriculture and forestry" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 144 “Tractors and
machinery for agriculture and forestry” the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2012, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by June 2012.
