This European Standard specifies a simple test method for the gas-chromatographic determination of free monomer content in polymeric adhesives after specific treatment.
This test method can be used for the determination of acrylic, styrene, vinyl and other unsaturated monomers.
NOTE  This method could also be used for the determination of other monomers, if applicable.

1 Domaine d'application
La présente norme européenne spécifie une méthode simple permettant de déterminer par chromatographie en phase gazeuse, après un traitement spécifique, la teneur en monomères libres d'adhésifs à base de polymères.
La présente norme peut être utilisée pour la détermination de monomères acryliques, styrène, vinyliques et d'autres monomères non saturés.
NOTE   Cette méthode peut également être utilisée avec d'autres monomères, le cas échéant.
