Dieser Teil von ISO 7823 legt die Anforderungen an flache Polymethyl-Methacryla   (PMMA)-Tafeln, extrudiert und schmelzkalandriert aus farblosen und eingefärbten, transparenten, translucenten und opaken Lieferformen dieses Materials, wie in Teil 3.1 definiert, fest. Dieser Teil von ISO 7823 gilt für Tafeln im Dickenbereich von 1,5 bis 12 mm.
