Precast concrete products - Precast concrete garages - Part 1: Requirements for reinforced garages monolithic or consisting of single sections with room dimensions

This document regards precast reinforced concrete garages produced as monolithic units or as kits of single sections with room dimensions in stationary factories. These garages are intended to be erected on foundations designed by others and complying with the behaviour of the precast units. They may be free-standing, or may have backfilling behind some of the walls (earthfilled), or earth covered or built over with a parking area for cars or a second storey of precast garages. This document also applies to supplementary units, kits for double space garages and multiple parking garages as well as for garage boxes for one-storey basement garages. It does not apply to elements incorporated as a structural part of an upper structure unless they are designed according to EN 13369.

Dieses Dokument betrifft Stahlbetonfertiggaragen, die monolithisch oder als Bausatz aus raumgroßen Einzelteilen in stationären Fabriken hergestellt werden. Diese Garagen sind zur Aufstellung auf Fundamenten vorgesehen, die von anderen bemessen werden und auf das Tragverhalten der Fertigteile abgestimmt sind. Sie können freistehend sein oder können an einigen Wänden mit Erdreich angeschüttet oder mit Erdreich überdeckt oder mit einer Parkfläche oder einer zweiten Ebene Fertiggaragen überbaut sein. Dieses Dokument gilt auch für Ergänzungsbauteile, Bausätze für Großraumgaragen und Mehrfachparker sowie für Garagenzellen für einstöckige Tiefgaragen. Sie gilt nicht für Elemente, die als tragende Teile in ein darüber liegendes Bauwerk einbezogen sind, außer wenn sie nach EN 13369 bemessen sind.

La présente Norme européenne porte sur les garages préfabriqués en béton armé, produits dans des usines fixes en tant qu'unités monolithiques ou sous forme de kits de construction constitués d'éléments individuels, de la dimension d'une pièce. Ces garages sont prévus pour être érigés sur des fondations conçues par des tiers et conformes au comportement des unités préfabriquées. Ils peuvent être auto-porteurs, remblayés sur certaines parois (remplissage de terre) ou recouverts de terre ou encore être construits avec une zone de stationnement sur le dessus ou avec un second étage de garages préfabriqués. La présente Norme européenne s'applique également pour les unités supplémentaires, les kits pour garages à double emplacement ou les garages à stationnements multiples, ainsi que pour les boxes pour garage en sous-sol à un niveau. Elle ne s'applique pas aux éléments incorporés en tant que partie structurelle d'une structure supérieure, à moins qu'ils soient conçus conformément à l'EN 13369.
