Paper and board intended to come into contact with foodstuffs - Determination of the fastness of fluorescent whitened paper and board
This document specifies procedures for the testing of fluorescent whitened paper and board intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. Two procedures are given, procedure A for contact of long duration (e. g. food packaging) and procedure B, for contact of short duration (e. g. napkins, kitchen papers, household papers).

Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Prüfung von optisch aufgehelltem Papier und Pappe fest, die
bestimmungsgemäß in Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln kommen. Es werden zwei Verfahren angegeben: Verfahren
A für langzeitigen Kontakt (z. B. Lebensmittelverpackung) und Verfahren B für kurzzeitigen Kontakt (z. B.
Servietten, Küchentücher, Haushaltspapiere).

Le présent document spécifie des méthodes d’essai pour déterminer la solidité du papier et du carton destinés à entrer en contact avec les denrées alimentaires, blanchis par des agents d’azurage fluorescents. Deux méthodes sont proposées : Une méthode A, relative au contact de longue durée (par exemple le conditionnement des aliments) et une méthode B, relative au contact de courte durée (par exemple les serviettes de table, les essuie-tout, les papiers ménagers).
