Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Tread plate - Specifications

This document specifies the technical conditions of inspection and delivery, the mechanical properties, the tolerances on dimensions and form of rolled semi-finished aluminium alloy products intended for floor plating, e.g. in vehicle construction, shipbuilding and metallic structures with a raised pattern on one side and a smooth surface on the other side.
It applies to sheets, strips and plates from 1,2 mm up to 20 mm in thickness and up to and including 2 500 mm in width, and to sheets and plates up to 14 000 mm in length.

Dieses Dokument legt die technischen Lieferbedingungen, mechanischen Eigenschaften, Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen von Walzhalbzeug aus Aluminiumlegierungen mit einem eingewalzten, erhabenen Muster auf der einen Seite und einer glatten Fläche auf der anderen Seite fest, das für Bodenbleche vorgesehen ist, z. B. im Fahrzeug-, Schiffs- und Metallbau.
Es gilt für Bleche, Bänder und Platten mit einer Dicke von 1,2 mm bis 20 mm und einer Breite bis 2 500 mm sowie für Bleche und Platten mit einer Länge bis 14 000 mm.

Le présent document spécifie les conditions techniques de contrôle et de livraison, propriétés mécaniques, tolérances dimensionnelles et autres prescriptions relatives aux tôles, bandes et tôles épaisses en aluminium et alliages d'aluminium corroyés, laminées à plat avec un motif en relief sur un côté et une surface lisse sur l'autre côté.
Elle s'applique aux tôles, bandes et tôles épaisses de 1,2 mm à 20 mm d'épaisseur et jusqu'à 2 500 mm de largeur, et aux tôles et tôles épaisses jusqu'à 14 000 mm de longueur.
