Non-electrical equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres - Part 2: Protection by flow restricting enclosure 'fr'

This European Standard specifies the requirements for the construction and testing of flow restricting enclosures for non-electrical equipment intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres if the atmosphere outside the enclosure becomes explosive rarely and for short durations only.
This standard supplements the requirements in EN 13463-1 the contents of which apply in full to equipment constructed in accordance with this standard.
Equipment complying with this standard meets the requirements of Group II - Category 3 equipment. The type of ignition protection described in this standard is unsuitable for use in combination with another type of protection to produce equipment of any other category than category 3.

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an den Bau und die Prüfung von schwadenhemmenden
Kapselungen für nicht-elektrische Geräte fest, die in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen eingesetzt werden
sollen, wenn die Atmosphäre außerhalb des Gehäuses selten und für nur kurze Zeit explosionsfähig ist.
Dieses Dokument ergänzt die Anforderungen von EN 13463-1, die vollständig für Geräte gilt, deren
Konstruktion diesem Dokument entspricht.
Geräte, die der vorliegenden Norm entsprechen, erfüllen die Anforderungen an Geräte der Gruppe II Geräte-
kategorie 3. Die in der vorliegenden Norm beschriebene Zündschutzart ist nicht für die Verwendung in
Verbindung mit einer weiteren Zündschutzart zur Herstellung von Geräten geeignet, die nicht in die Geräte-
kategorie 3 fallen.

Ce document spécifie les exigences concernant la construction et les essais d�enveloppes à circulation limitée
pour appareils non électriques destinés à être utilisés dans des atmosphères explosibles si l�atmosphère à
l�extérieur de l�enveloppe devient explosive à de rares occasions et seulement pour de courtes durées.
Ce document complète les exigences de l�EN 13463-1, dont le contenu s�applique totalement aux appareils
construits conformément à ce document.
Les appareils conformes à la présente norme satisfont aux exigences relatives aux appareils du Groupe II et
de Catégorie 3. Le mode de protection contre l�explosion décrit dans la présente norme ne convient pas pour
être associé à un autre mode de protection pour obtenir un appareil de toute catégorie autre que la
catégorie 3.
