This document deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events which are relevant to:
- bridge sawing machines;
- bridge sawing and milling machines;
- numerical control bridge sawing/milling machines.
These machines are designed to saw and mill natural stone and engineered/agglomerated stone as defined by EN 14618:2009, when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4).
This document specifies the appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from the significant hazards.
This document deals with the foreseeable lifetime of the machinery including the phases of transport, assembly, dismantling, disabling and scrapping.
This document also applies to machines fitted with the following facilities/devices:
- mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or vacuum workpiece clamping;
- automatic tool change;
- loading and unloading conveyor system;
- tilting and/or rotating head axis;
- rotating workpiece support(s);
- tilting workpiece support(s) when loading;
- lathe unit;
- undercut grooving unit;
- axes operating in accordance with an NC work programme.
This document does not apply to:
- machines intended for operation in a potentially explosive atmosphere;
- machines operating in severe environmental conditions (e.g. extreme temperatures, corrosive environment);
- machines intended for outdoor operation;
- machines which are manufactured before the date of their publication as EN.
Maschinen und Anlagen zur Gewinnung und Bearbeitung von Naturstein - Sicherheit - Anforderungen an Brücken-Säge-/Fräsmaschinen einschließlich numerischer Steuerungsversionen (NC/CNC)
Dieses Dokument behandelt alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefährdungsereignisse, die relevant sind für:
- Brücken-Sägemaschinen;
- Brücken-Säge und Fräsmaschinen;
- Brücken-Säge /Fräsmaschinen mit numerischer Steuerung.
Diese Maschinen sind zum Sägen und Fräsen von Naturstein und technisch/künstlich hergestelltem Stein nach Definition der EN 14618:2009 ausgelegt, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und unter Bedingungen der Fehlanwendung eingesetzt werden, die für den Hersteller vernünftigerweise vorhersehbar sind (siehe Abschnitt 4).
Dieses Dokument legt die entsprechenden technischen Maßnahmen fest, um die aus den signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefährdungsereignissen resultierenden Risiken zu beseitigen oder zu verringern.
Dieses Dokument behandelt die vorhersehbare Lebensdauer der Maschine einschließlich der Phasen des Transports, des Zusammenbaus, der Zerlegung, der Stilllegung und der Verschrottung.
Dieses Dokument gilt auch für Maschinen, die mit folgenden Anlagen/Einrichtungen ausgestattet sind:
- mechanische, Druckluft , Hydraulik oder Vakuum Werkstückeinspannung;
- automatischer Werkzeugwechsel;
- Fördersystem für das Einsetzen und die Entnahme;
- kippbare und/oder drehbare Kopfachse;
- drehbare(r) Bearbeitungstisch(e);
- kippbare(r) Bearbeitungstisch(e) beim Einsetzen;
- Dreheinheit;
- Hinterschnitt-Einstecheinheit;
- Achsen, die nach einem NC Arbeitsprogramm arbeiten.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für:
- Maschinen, die für den Betrieb in potenziell explosionsgefährdeten Atmosphären vorgesehen sind;
- Maschinen, die unter schwierigen Umweltbedingungen betrieben werden (z. B. extreme Temperaturen, Korrosionsumgebung);
- Maschinen, die für den Betrieb im Freien vorgesehen sind;
- Maschinen, die hergestellt wurden, bevor dieses Dokument als EN veröffentlicht wurde.
Machines et équipements pour l'exploitation et l'usinage de pierres naturelles - Sécurité - Prescriptions relatives aux machines à scier/fraiseuses de type pont, y compris les versions à commande numérique (NC/CNC)
Le présent document traite de tous les phénomènes, situations et événements dangereux significatifs relatifs aux :
- scies à pont ;
- machines à scier/fraiser à pont ;
- machines à scier/fraiser à pont à commande numérique.
Ces machines sont destinées au sciage et au fraisage des pierres naturelles et artificielles/agglomérées, définies dans l’EN 14618:2009, lorsqu'elles sont utilisées normalement mais aussi dans des conditions de mauvaise utilisation raisonnablement prévisibles par le fabricant (voir Article 4).
Le présent document spécifie les mesures techniques appropriées pour éliminer ou réduire les risques dus aux phénomènes dangereux significatifs.
Le présent document traite de la vie prévue de la machine y compris les phases de transport, de mise en service, de démontage, de mise au rebut et de destruction.
Le présent document s'applique également aux machines équipées des dispositifs/accessoires suivants :
- bridage de pièce mécanique, pneumatique, hydraulique ou à vide de la pièce à usiner ;
- mécanisme de changement automatique d’outils ;
- système de chargement/déchargement par convoyeur ;
- axe de tête inclinable et/ou rotatif ;
- support(s) de pièce rotatif(s) ;
- support(s) inclinable(s) pour charger la pièce à usiner ;
- tour ;
- outil de rainurage ;
- axes fonctionnant selon un programme de travail à commande numérique (NC).
Le présent document ne s’applique pas aux :
- machines destinées à fonctionner en atmosphère explosible ;
- machines qui fonctionnent dans des conditions environnementales sévères (par exemple, températures extrêmes, environnement corrosif) ;
- machines destinées à fonctionner en extérieur ;
