EN ISO 2535:2002

Plastics - Unsaturated polyester resins - Measurement of gel time at ambient temperature (ISO 2535:2001)

This International Standard specifies methods of measuring, under defined conditions, the gel time at ambient
temperature (i.e. within the range 18 °C to 30 °C) of unsaturated-polyester resins.
The referee temperature, if needed, is 25 °C.

Diese Internationale Norm legt Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Gelzeit bei Umgebungstemperatur (d. h. im Bereich von 18 °C bis 30 °C) von ungesättigten Polyesterharzen unter festgelegten Bedingungen fest.
Die Bezugstemperatur, falls erforderlich, beträgt 25 °C.

Foreword
The text of ISO 2535:2001 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 61 "Plastics"
of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN
ISO 2535:2002 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 "Plastics", the secretariat of which is
held by IBN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication
of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2003, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by May 2003.
This document supersedes EN ISO 2535:1998.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy,
