EN 14175-1:2003

Fume cupboards - Part 1: Vocabulary

This part 1 of EN 14175 provides terms and definitions for fume cupboards (see 3.1). Corresponding terms in eight European languages are given in the normative annex A.
For safety and performance requirements of fume cupboards EN 14175-2 applies.
For type testing of fume cupboards EN 14175-3 applies.
For microbiological safety cabinets EN 12469 applies.
This part of EN 14175 does not address recirculatory filtration fume cupboards or devices used as animal accomodation.

Abzüge - Teil 1: Begriffe

Dieser Teil 1 von EN 14175 definiert Begriffe und legt Maße für Abzüge (siehe 3.1.1) fest.
Dieser Teil 1 von EN 14175 behandelt keine Sicherheits- und Leistungsanforderungen, für die EN 14175-2 gilt.
Dieser Teil 1 von EN 14175 behandelt nicht die Baumusterprüfung von Abzügen, für die Teil 3 gilt.
Dieser Teil 1 von EN 14175 behandelt nicht mikrobiologische Sicherheitswerkbänke, für die EN 12469 gilt.
Dieser Teil 1 von EN 14175 gilt nicht für Absaugboxen mit Luftrückführung oder Einrichtungen für die Unter-bringung von Tieren.

Sorbonnes - Partie 1: Vocabulaire

Cette partie 1 de l'EN 14175 donne les termes et définitions relatifs aux sorbonnes (voir 3.1). Les équivalences des termes dans huit langues européennes sont données dans l'Annexe A normative.
Pour les exigences de performance et de sécurité des sorbonnes, l'EN 14175-2 s'applique.
Pour les essais de type des sorbonnes, le prEN 14175-3 s'applique.
Pour les postes de sécurité micro-biologiques, l'EN 12469 s'applique.
La présente partie de l'EN 14175 ne traite pas des sorbonnes à recirculation ou des dispositifs utilisés comme installations pour les animaux.
