Structural steel I and H sections - Tolerances on shape and dimensions

This European standard specifies tolerances on shape dimensions and mass of structural steel I and H sections. These requirements do not apply to I and H sections rolled from stainless steel. These requirements do not apply to taper flange sections. Note: Until a European standard for dimensions of I and H beams is published, Euronorm 19 and Euronorm 53 or corresponding national standards may be used.

Diese europäische Norm gilt für die Grenzabmasse, Formtoleranzen und Grenzabweichungen der Masse von I-Profilen aus Stahl mit mittelbreiten (I) und breiten Flanschen (H). Die Anforderungen gelten nicht für I- und H-Profile aus nichtrostenden Stählen. Die Anforderungen gelten ferner nicht für I-Profile mit geneigten inneren Flanschflächen. Anmerkung: Bis zur Veröffentlichung einer europäischen Norm für die Nennmasse von I- und H-Profilen, können Euronorm 19 und Euronorm 53 oder entsprechende nationale Normen angewendet werden.

La présente norme européenne spécifie les tolérances sur les dimensions et la masse des poutrelles I et H en acier de construction. Ces exigences ne sont pas applicables aux poutrelles I et H en acier inoxydable. Elle ne s'appliquent pas non plus aux poutrelles à ailes côniques. Note: en attendant la publication d'une norme européenne sur les dimensions des poutrelles I et H, les Euronorms 19 et 53 ou les normes nationales correspondantes peuvent être utilisées.
