Railway applications - Tank wagons - Part 3: Bottom filling and emptying devices for gases liquefied under pressure

This European Standard specifies requirements on and characteristics of bottom filling and emptying devices on tank wagons used for the carriage of gases liquefied under pressure having a test pressure up to 2,9 MPa. This European Standard specifies the important dimensions and arrangements for the filling and emptying connections. Safety functions of these devices are subject to RID requirements and not described in this document.
This European Standard applies to new tank wagons built after the 1st January 2010.
NOTE   It is intended to include quick couplings in a future revision of this European Standard.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen und Eigenschaften für untenliegende Füll- und Entleereinrichtungen von Kesselwagen fest, die für den Transport von unter Druck verflüssigten Gasen mit einem Prüfdruck bis zu 2,9 MPa verwendet werden. Diese Norm legt die wichtigsten Abmessungen und Anordnungen der Füll- und Entleereinrichtungen fest. Sicherheitsfunktionen dieser Einrichtungen unterliegen den Anforderungen der RID und werden in diesem Dokument nicht beschrieben.
Diese Norm gilt für neue Kesselwagen, die nach dem 1. Januar 2010 gebaut werden.

Applications ferroviaires - Wagons citernes - Partie 3: Dispositifs de remplissage et de vidange par le bas pour gaz liquéfiés sous pression

La présente Norme européenne précise les exigences et les caractéristiques relatives aux dispositifs de remplissage et de vidange par le bas sur les wagons citernes destinés au transport de gaz liquéfiés sous pression ayant une pression d’épreuve inférieure ou égale à 2,9 MPa. La présente Norme européenne précise les dimensions et dispositions essentielles des raccordements de remplissage et de vidange. Les fonctions de sécurité de ces dispositifs sont soumises aux exigences du RID et ne sont pas décrites dans le présent document.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux nouveaux wagons citernes fabriqués après le 1er janvier 2010.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in značilnosti za naprave za polnjenje in praznjenje, nameščene na dnu vagonov-cistern, ki se uporabljajo za prevoz utekočinjenih plinov pod pritiskom s preskusnim pritiskom do 2,9 MPa. Ta evropski standard določa najpomembnejše mere in razporeditve priključkov za polnjenje in praznjenje. Za varnostne funkcije naprav veljajo zahteve RID in niso opisane v tem dokumentu. Ta evropski standard velja za nove vagone-cisterne, narejene po 1. januarju 2010.
