Composites made from cellulose-based materials and thermoplastics (usually called wood-polymer composites (WPC) or natural fibre composites (NFC)) - Part 6: Specifications for fencing profiles and elements
This part of EN 15534 specifies the characteristics of fencing profiles and elements made from cellulose-based materials and thermoplastics, usually called wood-polymer composites (WPC) or natural fibre composites (NFC).
It is applicable to fencing profiles and elements for non-structural fencing systems.
The security systems, perimeter protections, handrails and load bearing applications are out of the scope of this part of EN 15534.
Any systems made from profiles in the scope of this part of EN 15534 that are affected by regulations are under the responsibility of the system supplier.
EN 15534 1 specifies some of the test methods relevant to this part of EN 15534.
NOTE For editorial reasons, in EN 15534 the abbreviation "WPC" is used for "composites made from cellulose-based materials and thermoplastics".

Dieser Teil von EN 15534 legt die Eigenschaften von Profilen aus cellulosehaltigen Materialien und Thermoplasten, üblicherweise Holz-Polymer-Werkstoffe (WPC, en: wood-polymer composites) oder Naturfaserverbundwerkstoffe (NFC, en: natural fibre composites) genannt, für (dekorative) Zaunsysteme fest.
Sicherheitssysteme, Grundstücksschutz, Handläufe und lasttragende Anwendungen liegen außerhalb des Anwendungsbereiches dieses Teils von EN 15534.
Für Systeme aus Profilen, die innerhalb des Anwendungsbereiches dieses Teils von EN 15534 liegen, die Vorschriften unterliegen, ist der Hersteller des Zaunsystems verantwortlich.
In EN 15534 1 sind einige der Prüfverfahren festgelegt, die für diesen Teil von EN 15534 relevant sind.
ANMERKUNG Aus redaktionellen Gründen wird in EN 15534 die Abkürzung „WPC“ für „Verbundwerkstoffe aus cellulosehaltigen Materialien und Thermoplasten“ verwendet.

La présente partie de l’EN 15534 spécifie les caractéristiques des profilés à base de matières cellulosiques et de thermoplastiques, communément appelés composites bois-polymères (WPC) ou composites fibres d’origine naturelle (NFC), destinés à être utilisés dans les systèmes pour clôtures (décoratifs).
Les systèmes de sécurité, protections de périmètre, mains courantes et applications porteuses sont hors du domaine d’application de la présente partie de l’EN 15534.
Tout système fabriqué à partir de profilés entrant dans le domaine d’application de la présente partie de l’EN 15534, qui est soumis aux réglementations, relève de la responsabilité du fournisseur du système.
L’EN 15534 1 spécifie certaines des méthodes d’essai pertinentes pour la présente partie de l’EN 15534.
