Industrial valves - Globe valves of thermoplastics materials (ISO 21787:2006)

ISO 21787:2006 specifies requirements for the design, functional characteristics and manufacture of globe valves made of thermoplastics materials intended for isolating and control service, their connection to the pipe system, the body materials and their pressure/temperature rating between -40 degrees Celsius and +120 degrees Celsius, for a lifetime of 25 years, and also specifies their tests.
ISO 21787:2006 is applicable to hand- or power-operated valves to be installed in industrial pipe systems, irrespective of the field of application and the fluids to be conveyed.
It International Standard is concerned with the range of DN 10; DN 15, DN 20, DN 25, DN 40, DN 50, DN 65, DN 80, DN 100, DN 125 and DN 150, and the range of PN 6, PN 10, PN 16 and Class 150.

Industriearmaturen - Ventile aus Thermoplasten (ISO 21787:2006)

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Konstruktion, Funktionsmerkmale und die Herstellung von Ventilen aus Thermoplasten zum Absperren und Regeln fest sowie deren Anschluss an das Rohrleitungssystem, Gehäusewerkstoffe und Druck/Temperatur-Zuordnungen zwischen - 40 °C und + 120 °C, für eine Lebensdauer von 25 Jahren. Sie legt auch die entsprechenden Prüfungen fest.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt für hand- und kraftbetätigte Armaturen, die in industrielle Rohrleitungssysteme eingebaut werden, unabhängig vom Einsatzbereich und dem zu befördernden Medium.
ANMERKUNG 1      Industrielle Rohrleitungssysteme umfassen auch Rohrleitungen für Wasserversorgung für allgemeine Zwecke, Entwässerung und Entsorgung.
ANMERKUNG 2      Rohrleitungssysteme für Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch können besonderen Anforderungen unterliegen.
Diese Internationale Norm erstreckt sich auf die folgenden DN-Bereiche:
DN 10, DN 15, DN 20, DN 25, DN 40, DN 50, DN 65, DN 80, DN 100, DN 125 und DN 150
sowie auf die folgenden PN- und Class-Bereiche:
PN 6, PN 10, PN 16 und Class 150.

Robinetterie industrielle - Robinets à soupape en matériaux thermoplastiques (ISO 21787:2006)

L'ISO 21787:2006 spécifie les exigences concernant la conception, les caractéristiques fonctionnelles et la fabrication des robinets à soupape en matériaux thermoplastiques destinés à des fonctions de sectionnement et de régulation, leur raccordement aux réseaux de tuyauteries, les matériaux du corps et leurs relations pression/température dans la plage de températures - 40 °C à + 120 °C, pour une durée de vie standard de 25 ans, et spécifie également leurs essais.
L'ISO 21787:2006 s'applique aux appareils de robinetterie actionnés manuellement ou motorisés destinés à être installés dans des réseaux de tuyauteries industrielles, indépendamment du domaine d'application et des fluides véhiculés.
L'ISO 21787:2006 concerne la gamme de DN suivante: DN 10; DN 15; DN 20; DN 25; DN 40; DN 50; DN 65; DN 80; DN 100; DN 125 et DN 150; et la gamme de PN et de Class suivante: PN 6; PN 10; PN 16 et Class 150.

Industrijski ventili - Zaporni ventili iz plastomernih materialov (ISO 21787:2006)

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskuse za zaporne ventile iz plastomernih materialov, ki se uporabljajo za izolacijo in nadzor.
Ta standard se uporablja za ročno ali električno krmiljene ventile, ki so namenjeni za namestitev v industrijskih cevnih sistemih, ne glede na področje uporabe in tekočine, ki se bodo prenašale. Za druge in/ali posebne uporabe lahko veljajo posebne zahteve.
Obseg vrednosti DN:
DN 15, DN 20, DN 25, DN 40, DN 50, DN 65, DN 80, DN 100, DN 125 in DN 150.
Obseg vrednosti PN in razred:
PN 6, PN 10, PN 16 in razred 150.
Zahteve, ki so določene v tem standardu, obravnavajo projektiranje, funkcionalne karakteristike in proizvodnjo ventilov z opnami, njihovo povezavo s cevnim sistemom, materiale ohišja ter njihovo oceno tlaka/temperature med –40 °C in 120 °C za življenjsko dobo 25 let.

This document (EN ISO 21787:2006) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 69 "Industrial valves", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR, in collaboration with Technical Committee ISO/TC 138 "Plastics pipes, fittings and valves for the transport of fluids".
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2006, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by September 2006.
This document has been prepared under a mandate given to CEN by the European Commission and the European Free Trade Association, and supports essential requirements of EU Directive(s).

Relationship between this International Standard and the Essential Requirements of EU Directive 97/23 EC (PED)
This International Standard has been prepared under a mandate given to CEN by the European Commission and the European Free Trade Association to provide one means of conforming to Essential Requirements of the New Approach Directive 97/23/EC (PED).
Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Communities under that Directive and has been implemented as a national standard in at least one Member State, compliance with the clauses of this standard given in Table ZA.1 confers, within the limits of the scope of this standard, a presumption of conformity with the corresponding Essential Requirements of that Directive and associated EFTA regulations.
