Railway applications - Track - Track geometry quality - Part 4: Measuring systems - Manual and lightweight devices

This part of this European Standard specifies the minimum requirements that shall be met by measuring systems fitted on track geometry measuring trolleys and manually operated devices to give an evaluation of track geometry quality when using one or more of the parameters described in EN 13848-1. It sets out the acceptable differences from EN 13848-1 when using track geometry measuring trolleys and manually operated devices to measure track geometry.
It applies to all track geometry measuring systems fitted to track geometry measuring trolleys and manually operated devices after the date of implementation of this standard.

Dieser Teil der Europäischen Norm legt die Mindestanforderungen für Messsysteme, angebracht an fahrbaren Kleinmessgeräten und handgeführten Messgeräten, für die Bewertung der Gleisgeometriequalität nach den Parametern nach EN 13848-1:2003+A1:2008 fest. Die noch akzeptablen Unterschiede zu EN 13848-1:2003+A1:2008 bei der Verwendung von fahrbaren Kleinmessgeräten und handgeführten Messgeräten für die Messung der Gleisgeometrie werden dargestellt. Dieser Teil gilt für alle Gleisgeometriemesssysteme, angebracht an fahrbaren Kleinmessgeräten und handgeführten Messgeräten, nach der Umsetzung dieser Norm.

La présente partie de la Norme européenne spécifie les exigences minimales devant être satisfaites par les systèmes de mesure de la voie installés sur des chariots d’enregistrement et des dispositifs manuels évaluant la qualité de la géométrie de la voie à partir d’un ou plusieurs des paramètres décrits dans l’EN 13848-1 :2003+A1 :2008. Elle expose les différences acceptables par rapport à l’EN 13848-1 :2003+A1 :2008 lorsque la géométrie de la voie est mesurée au moyen de chariots d’enregistrement et de dispositifs manuels. Elle s'applique à tous les systèmes de mesure de géométrie de la voie installés sur des chariots d’enregistrement et des dispositifs manuels après la date d’entrée en vigueur de la présente Norme.

V tem delu evropskega standarda so določene minimalne zahteve za merilne sisteme, nameščene na vozičke za merjenje tirne geometrije in ročne naprave, ki se jih uporablja za vrednotenje kakovosti tirne geometrije pri merjenju enega parametra iz standarda EN 13848- 1:2003+A1:2008 ali več. Določa sprejemljive razlike iz standarda EN 13848-1:2003+A1:2008 pri merjenju tirne geometrije z vozički za merjenje tirne geometrije in ročnimi napravami. Uporablja se za vse sisteme za merjenje tirne geometrije, ki so nameščeni na vozičke za merjenje tirne geometrije in ročno vodene naprave po datumu začetka izvajanja tega standarda.
