Gas welding equipment - Rubber and plastics hose and hose assemblies for use with industrial gases up to 450 bar (45 MPa) (ISO 14113:2013)

ISO 14113:2013 specifies requirements for rubber and plastics hose and hose assemblies for use with compressed, liquefied, and dissolved gases up to a maximum working pressure of 450 bar (45 MPa), within the ambient temperature range of −20 °C to +60 °C.
It applies to hose assemblies used to connect industrial gas cylinders to manifolds or bundles prior to any pressure reduction stage. It does not cover rubber or thermoplastic hoses for welding, cutting, and allied processes (see ISO 3821 and ISO 12170). It does not apply to refrigerated liquefied gases or to liquefied petroleum gases (LPG).

In dieser Norm sind Anforderungen für Gummi- und Kunststoffschläuche und Schlauchleitungen für Druck- oder Flüssiggase bis zu einem maximalen Betriebsdruck von 450 bar (45 MPa) im Bereich der Umgebungstemperatur zwischen –20 °C bis +60 °C festgelegt.
Diese Norm ist anwendbar für Hochdruckschlauchleitungen, welche verwendet werden, um industrielle Gas-flaschen oder Bündel ohne Hauptstellendruckregler zu Batterien zusammenzuschließen.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für Gummi- oder thermoplastische Schläuche für Schweißen, Schneiden und verwandte Prozesse (siehe ISO 3821 und ISO 12170).
Diese Norm gilt nicht für tiefkalte verflüssigte Gase oder LPG (en: liquified petroleum gases) (Flüssiggas).

L'ISO 14113:2013 spécifie les exigences relatives aux tuyaux souples et fiexibles en caoutchouc et en plastique devant être utilisés avec des gaz comprimés, liquéfiés ou dissous jusqu'à une pression maximale de service de 450 bar (45 MPa) à des températures ambiantes comprises entre −20 °C et +60 °C.
Elle s'applique aux flexibles utilisés pour relier les bouteilles de gaz industriels aux collecteurs et aux cadres de bouteilles avant toute opération de détente.
L'ISO 14113:2013 ne couvre pas les tuyaux souples en caoutchouc et en matière thermoplastique pour le soudage, le coupage et les techniques connexes.
L'ISO 14113:2013 ne s'applique pas aux gaz liquides cryogéniques ou aux gaz de pétrole liquéfiés (GPL).

Ta mednarodni standard določa zahteve za cevi in napeljave iz gume in umetnih snovi za stisnjene, utekočinjene in raztopljene pline pri delovnem tlaku do 450 barov (45 MPa) in temperaturi okolice od –20 °C do +60 °C. Ta mednarodni standard velja za napeljave, ki se uporabljajo za priključitev tehničnih plinskih jeklenk na zbiralnike ali na snope pred zmanjšanjem tlaka. Ta mednarodni standard ne zajema cevi iz gume ali termoplastike za varjenje, rezanje in podobne postopke (glej ISO 3821 in ISO 12170). This document (EN ISO 14113:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 44 “Welding and
allied processes” in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 “Welding and allied processes” the
secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2014, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by April 2014.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
