Plastics - Extruded sheets of impact-modified acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers (ABS, AEPDS and ASA) - Requirements and test methods (ISO 15015:2011)

ISO 15015:2011 specifies the requirements and test methods for solid flat extruded sheets of impact-modified acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer materials: acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), acrylonitrile-(ethylene-propylene-diene)-styrene (AEPDS) (commonly known as AES) and acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA), without fillers or reinforcing materials. This International Standard also applies to ABS, AEPDS and ASA sheet in rolled form. It applies only to thicknesses from 0,25 mm to 20,0 mm.

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Anforderungen und Prüfmethoden für massive ebene extrudierte Tafeln aus schlagzäh-modifiziertem Acrylnitril-Styrol-Copolymerwerkstoffen fest: Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol (ABS), Acrylnitril-(Ethylen-Propylen-Dien)-Styrol (AEPDS, am Markt auch bekannt als AES) und Acrylnitril-Styrol-Acrylester (ASA), ohne Füll- und Verstärkungsstoffe. Sie gilt darüber hinaus für gerollte ABS-, AEPDS- und ASA-Tafeln. Diese Internationale Norm gilt nur für Tafeldicken von 0,25 mm bis 20,0 mm.

L'ISO 15015:2011 spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'essai pour les plaques extrudées compactes et planes, en copolymères d'acrylonitrile-styrène modifiés choc: acrylonitrile-butadiène-styrène (ABS), acrylonitrile-(éthylène-propylène-diène)-styrène (AEPDS ou appelé AES sur le marché) et d'acrylonitrile-styrène-acrylate (ASA), sans charges ou renforts. L'ISO 15015:2011 s'applique également aux plaques en ABS, en AEPDS ou en ASA sous forme de rouleaux. Elle s'applique uniquement aux plaques de 0,25 mm à 20,0 mm d'épaisseur.

Ta mednarodni standard določa zahteve in preskusne metode za masivne ploščate ekstrudirane plošče iz modificiranih akrilonitril-stirenskih kopolimernih materialov: akrilonitril-butadien-stirena (ABS), akrilonitril-(etilen-propilen-dien)-stirena (AEPDS) (splošno znanega kot AES) in akrilonitril-stiren-akrilata (ASA), brez polnil ali ojačitvenih materialov. Ta mednarodni standard velja tudi za plošče iz ABS, AEPDS in ASA v obliki zvitka. Velja samo za debeline med 0,25 mm in 20,0 mm.

This document (EN ISO 15015:2011) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 61 "Plastics" in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 “Plastics” the secretariat of which is held by NBN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by October 2011.
