LPG equipment and accessories - Inspection and testing of LPG road tankers
This document specifies minimum requirements for the inspection and testing of the LPG road tanker, which includes its pressure vessel, accessories and vehicle LPG equipment.
This document does not specify requirements for the initial inspection (after manufacture) of a pressure vessel, see EN 12493, or for service equipment on the road tanker, see EN 12252.
This document does not apply to compartmented road tankers.
NOTE 1 There is no upper size limit for the pressure vessel as this will be determined by the gross vehicle weight limitation.
NOTE 2 For inspection and testing requirements of equipment other than the pressure vessel, accessories and vehicle LPG equipment, see applicable regulations.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Mindestanforderungen an die Inspektion und Prüfung von Straßentankwagen für Flüssiggas (LPG), einschließlich des Druckbehälters, der Ausrüstungsteile und der Flüssiggas-Fahrzeug-ausrüstung fest.
Diese Europäische Norm enthält keine Anforderungen an die erstmalige Prüfung (nach der Herstellung) des Druckbehälters, siehe EN 12493 oder für die Bedienungsausrüstung des Straßentankwagens, siehe EN 12252.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Straßentankwagen, die in mehrere Abschnitte unterteilt sind.
ANMERKUNG 1 Es besteht keine obere Begrenzung für die Größe der Druckbehälter, da diese durch die maximale Bruttomasse des Fahrzeugs begrenzt wird.
ANMERKUNG 2 Für die Inspektions- und Prüfanforderungen von anderer Ausrüstung als Druckbehälter, Ausrüstungsteile und Flüssiggas-Fahrzeugausrüstung, siehe die jeweiligen anwendbaren Rechtsvorschriften.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences minimales relatives à l'inspection et aux essais des véhicules-citernes routiers pour GPL qui incluent les réservoirs sous pression, leurs accessoires et les équipements pour véhicules GPL.
La présente Norme européenne ne spécifie pas d'exigences relatives à l'inspection initiale du réservoir sous pression (après fabrication) (voir l'EN 12493) ou de l'équipement de service des véhicules-citernes routiers (voir l'EN 12252).
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux véhicules-citernes compartimentés.
NOTE 1 Il n'y a pas de limite supérieure de taille pour le réservoir sous pression dans la mesure où elle est déterminée par la limitation de masse brute du véhicule.
NOTE 2 Pour les exigences d'inspection et d'essais des équipements autres que le réservoir sous pression, ses accessoires et les équipements pour véhicules GPL, voir les réglementations en vigueur.

Ta dokument določa minimalne zahteve za preglede in preskušanje cestnih cistern za utekočinjeni naftni plin (UNP), kar zajema njihove tlačne posode, pribor in opremo za vozilo za UNP.
Ta dokument ne določa zahtev za začetni pregled (po izdelavi) tlačne posode, glej standard EN 12493, ali za obratovalno opremo cestne cisterne, glej standard EN 12252.
Ta dokument se ne uporablja za cestne cisterne z več predelki.
OPOMBA 1: Zgornje omejitve velikosti tlačne posode ni, ker je ta določena z omejitvijo bruto teže vozila.
