Stationary source emissions - Manual method of determination of HCl - Part 2: Gaseous compounds absorption

This European standard specifies a method for the absorption of hydrogen chloride, in waste gases having been sampled and filtered according to prEN 1911-1. The resulting absorption solutions is subsequently analyzed according to prEN 1991-3. The method described applies to ducted gaseous streams emitted by waste incinerators and more generally to waste gases in which HCl concentration may vary between 1 mg.m-3 and 5000 mg.m-3 under normal pressure and temperature conditions. Note: For the purposes of this standard, normal pressure and temperature conditions are 101,325 kPa and O°C (273,15 K).

Diese Europäische Norm legt Verfahren zur Absorption von Chlorwasserstoff aus Abgasproben, die nach prEN 1911-1 angesaugt und filtriert wurden, fest. Der Chlorid-Gehalt der Absorptionslösungen wird anschließend nach prEN 1911-3 bestimmt. Die beschriebene Methode ist anwendbar für geführte Abgasemissionen von Müllverbrennungsanlagen und, allgemeiner, für Abgase, in denen die HCl-Konzentrationen zwischen 1 mg m-3 und 5000 mg m-3 im Normzustand liegen. Anmerkung: Unter Normzustand werden in dieser Europäischen Norm 101,325 kPa und O°C (273,15 K) verstanden.

La présente norme européenne spécifie une méthode d'absorption du chlorure d'hydrogène dans les effluents gazeux ayant été prélevés et filtrés conformément au prEN 1911-1. La solution d'absorption est analysée ultérieurement conformément aux prescriptions du prEN 1911-3. La méthode décrite s'applique aux effluents gazeux canalisés, provenant d'incinérateurs de déchets et, plus généralement, aux gaz résiduaires dont la concentration en HCl est comprise entre 1 mg.m-3 et 5000 mg.m-3, dans des conditions normales de pression et de température.
