Structural Adhesives - Determination of the pot life (working life) of multi-component adhesives

This European Standard specifies means of determining in appropriate ways the variable property known alternatively as useable working life and pot life.
This European Standard specifies five methods for the determination of the time available for use, each of which is related to specific circumstances; particularly important being the rheology of the adhesive concerned and its rate of reaction
This European Standard can also be used for assessing non-structural adhesives.
Because of the different properties of the individual multi-component systems, like rheology or viscosity, respectively velocity of hardening, etc., not all methods can be applied to each multi-component system with the same suitability.

Strukturklebstoffe - Bestimmung der Topfzeit (Verarbeitungszeit) von Mehrkomponentenklebstoffen

Diese Europäische Norm legt Möglichkeiten fest, in geeigneter Weise die veränderliche, alternativ als Verarbeitbarkeitsdauer und Topfzeit bekannte Eigenschaft zu bestimmen.
Diese Europäische Norm legt fünf Verfahren zur Bestimmung der zur Anwendung verfügbaren Zeit fest, wobei sich jedes auf besondere Umstände bezieht; besonders wichtig ist das Fließverhalten des betreffenden Kleb-stoffes und dessen Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit.
Diese Europäische Norm kann auch zur Bestimmung nicht struktureller Klebstoffe verwendet werden.
ANMERKUNG   EN 302-7 könnte ebenfalls zur Bestimmung der Verarbeitungszeit von Klebstoffen für lasttragende Holzkonstruktionen verwendet werden.
Wegen der unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften unterschiedlicher Mehrkomponentensysteme wie Rheologie oder Viskosität, Geschwindigkeit der Härtung usw. sind nicht alle Verfahren für alle Mehrkomponentensysteme gleichermaßen geeignet.

Dieses Dokument beabsichtigt nicht, alle Sicherheitsprobleme, soweit vorhanden, anzusprechen. Am Ende der Prüfung muss der Anwender der Norm für eine geeignete Entsorgung des Abfalls entsprechend den regionalen Bestimmungen Sorge tragen.

Adhésifs structuraux - Détermination de la durée de vie en pot (délai d'utilisation) des adhésifs multicomposants

La présente Norme européenne permet de déterminer de manières appropriées la propriété variable appelée au choix « durée de vie en pot » ou « délai d’utilisation ».
La présente Norme européenne fixe cinq méthodes de détermination de la durée d’emploi possible, chacune étant liée à des circonstances spécifiques, deux paramètres sont particulièrement importants, à savoir la rhéologie de l’adhésif considéré et sa vitesse de réaction.
La présente Norme européenne peut également être utilisée pour évaluer des adhésifs non structuraux.
NOTE   L'EN 302-7 peut également être utilisée pour la détermination de la durée de vie des structures portantes en bois de construction.
Du fait de la différence de propriétés des différents systèmes multicomposants, telles que rhéologie ou viscosité, vitesse de durcissement, etc., toutes les méthodes ne peuvent pas être employées pour tous les systèmes multicomposants avec la même adéquation.

Ta evropski standard določa sredstvo za ustrezne načine ugotavljanja spremenljive lastnosti, znane kot rok uporabnosti.
Ta evropski standard določa pet metod za ugotavljanje razpoložljivega časa za uporabo in vsaka od njih je povezana s specifičnimi okoliščinami, pri čemer je še zlasti pomembna reologija zadevnega lepila in njegova reakcijska hitrost.
Ta evropski standard se lahko uporablja tudi za ocenjevanje nekonstrukcijskih lepil.
Zaradi različnih lastnosti posameznih večkomponentnih sistemov, kot so reologija in viskoznost, hitrost strjevanja itd., ni mogoče uporabiti vseh metod pri vsakem večkomponentnem sistemu z enako primernostjo.
