Expertise activities - General requirements for expertise services

This European Standard specifies the minimum requirements for expertise services carried out by individual persons and/or group of such expert individuals for a customer.
The objective is to standardize expertise services thus enabling the delivery within a specified context of the most accurate and reliable answer to a raised query.
Specific requirements of this European Standard do not apply to expertise services where obligatory contractual and / or a legal framework and regulations exist; for instance in consulting, inspection and judicial litigation.

Sachverständigentätigkeiten - Allgemeine Anforderungen an Sachverständigenleistungen

Diese Europäische Norm legt Mindestanforderungen an Sachverständigenleistungen fest, die von Einzelpersonen und/oder Zusammenschlüssen von Sachverständigen für ihre Auftraggeber erbracht werden.
Das Ziel ist die Normung von Sachverständigenleistungen, um eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Erledigung der konkret beauftragten Dienstleistung zu gewährleisten.
Spezielle Anforderungen dieser Europäischen Norm finden keine Anwendung, wenn für Sachverständigenleistungen obligatorische vertragliche und/oder gesetzliche Rahmenbedingungen und Regelungen gelten; zum Beispiel bei Beratungen, Inspektionen oder Gerichtsverfahren.

Services d'expertise - Exigences générales relatives aux services d'expertise

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences minimales relatives aux services d'expertise fournis par des experts individuels ou des groupes d'experts, à un client.
L'objectif est de normaliser les services d'expertise afin d’apporter la réponse la plus précise et la plus fiable possible à une question posée, dans un contexte donné.
Les exigences spécifiques de la présente Norme européenne ne s'appliquent pas aux services d'expertise pour lesquels il existe des obligations contractuelles ou un cadre juridique et réglementaire ; par exemple, les prestations de consultant, les inspections ou les contentieux judiciaires.

Izvedenske storitve - Splošne zahteve za izvedenske storitve

Ta standard določa minimalne zahteve za izvedenske storitve, ki jih za stranko izvajajo posamezniki in/ali skupina izvedencev. Njegov cilj je standardizirati izvedenske storitve in tako v določenem kontekstu zagotoviti najnatančnejši in najzanesljivejši odgovor na podano poizvedbo. Specifične zahteve tega standarda se ne uporabljajo za izvedenske storitve na področjih, kjer veljajo obvezni pogodbeni in/ali pravni okviri in predpisi, na primer pri svetovanju, pregledu in pravdnem sporu.

Aesthetic medicine services - Non-surgical medical treatments

This European Standard addresses the requirements for certain aesthetic non-surgical medical treatments:
-   treatments with resorbable injectables, botulinum toxin and micro needling;
-   treatments with non-ablative fractional resurfacing and superficial peels, lasers and comparable energy based devices;
-   treatments with fractional ablative lasers and comparable energy based devices and medium depth peels; and
-   other treatments such as deep chemical peels, full ablative lasers and thread lifts.
This European Standard provides recommendations for aesthetic non-surgical medical treatments, including the ethical framework and general principles according to which aesthetic medicine services are provided by all practitioners and stakeholders of the aesthetic medical field. These recommendations apply before, during and after the treatment.
Any aesthetic medical treatment that goes deeper than the stratum corneum or which has, or claims to have, a biological effect beyond the stratum corneum (with or without instrument or devices) is included in the scope of this European Standard.
Aesthetic surgical procedures covered by EN 16372 and dentistry ) procedures are excluded from the scope of this European Standard.
Aesthetic non-medical treatments (tattooing and any treatment not affecting tissue deeper than the stratum corneum) which can be legally performed by non-physicians (e.g. tattooist, beauty therapists) are excluded from the scope of this European Standard.
