Sheltered housing - Requirements for services for older people provided in a sheltered housing scheme

This CEN/TS applies to all providers of sheltered housing irrespective of the legal form of ownership and whether the service is publicly or privately funded. Its primary purpose is to improve and maintain standards of sheltered housing services and not that of the building design or specification.
This CEN/TS primarily applies to new build sheltered housing schemes, but providers may choose to apply this to existing schemes where circumstances permit.
This CEN/TS refers to facilities of sheltered housing for older people living in a sheltered housing scheme only and is not applicable to services required for nursing homes.

Betreutes Wohnen - Anforderungen an Dienstleistungen für ältere Menschen im Rahmen der Wohnform Betreutes Wohnen

Diese Technische Spezifikation gilt für alle Anbieter von Betreutem Wohnen, ungeachtet der Rechtsform des Eigentümers und ungeachtet der Finanzierungsform durch öffentliche oder private Träger. Ihr vorrangiger Zweck ist das Verbessern und Aufrechterhalten von Mindestanforderungen an die Dienstleistungen des Betreuten Wohnens und nicht der Gestaltung oder Spezifikation des Gebäudes.
Diese Technische Spezifikation gilt vorrangig für neu errichtete betreute Wohnanlagen. Wo die Rahmen-bedingungen dies zulassen, können die Anbieter diese auch auf bestehende Anlagen anwenden.
Diese Technische Spezifikation bezieht sich ausschließlich auf Einrichtungen des Betreuten Wohnens für ältere Menschen, die in einer betreuten Wohnanlage leben. Sie gilt nicht für Dienstleistungen in Pflegeheimen.

Foyers logements - Exigences relatives aux prestations de service fournies aux personnes âgées dans le cadre d'un ensemble foyer-logement

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences à respecter en matière de fourniture de foyers logements pour personnes âgées, l’objectif premier étant les services mais également les bâtiments eux mêmes.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique quelle que soit la forme juridique du droit de propriété et de la gestion de la propriété, et indépendamment du financement des services, qu’il soit public ou privé.
Cette Norme européenne s’applique surtout aux nouveaux ensembles de foyers-logements mais peut également s’appliquer à des ensembles plus anciens quand les circonstances le permettent.
La présente Norme européenne concerne les installations des foyers-logements pour personnes âgées et n’est pas applicable aux services requis pour les maisons de retraite.

Oskrbovana stanovanja - Zahteve za storitve za starejše, zagotovljene v sistemu oskrbovanih stanovanj

Ta CEN/TS se uporablja za vse ponudnike oskrbovanih stanovanj, ne glede na pravno obliko lastništva in ne glede na to, ali se storitev financira javno ali zasebno. Njen glavni namen je izboljšati in ohranjati standarde storitev oskrbovanih stanovanj, ne pa standardov glede konstrukcije ali specifikacije stavb. Ta CEN/TS se uporablja predvsem za nove projekte oskrbovanih stanovanj, vendar jo lahko ponudniki uporabijo tudi za obstoječe projekte, če okoliščine to omogočajo. Ta CEN/TS se uporablja za zmogljivosti oskrbovanih stanovanj za starejše, ki bivajo v okviru programa oskrbovanih stanovanj, pri čemer se ne uporablja za storitve, ki so potrebne v domovih za bolniško nego.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 30 January 2012 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to submit their
comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available
promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in parallel to the CEN/TS)
until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
