Controls for heating systems - Part 3: Outside temperature compensated control equipment for electrical heating systems

This work item applies to electronic control equipment for electrical heating systems. The signals can be processed by analogue or digital techniques. This control equipment controls and regulates the distribution and/or the generation of heat in relation to the outside temperature and/or other reference variables (e.g. room temperature, emitter temperature...) and time. Safety requirements on heating systems remain unaffected by this standard. The dynamic behaviour of the actuators is not covered here. The control equipment may or may not be connected to a data network.

Mess-, Steuer- und Regeleinrichtungen für Heizungen - Teil 3: Witterungsgeführte Regeleinrichtungen für Elektroheizungen

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Regelfunktionen, die die Zufuhr von Elektroenergie in Abhängigkeit von der Außentemperatur und anderen Regelgrößen (z. B. Raumtemperatur, Heizkörpertemperatur) steuern und regeln.
Diese Norm behandelt keine Wärmestrahler.
Die Ein- und Ausgangssignale können sowohl in Analog- als auch in Digitaltechnik verarbeitet werden.

Régulation pour les systèmes de chauffage - Partie 3: Equipements de régulation en fonction de la température extérieure pour les systèmes de chauffage électrique

La présente norme s'applique à la fonction de commande et de régulation de l'énergie électrique en fonction de la température extérieure et d'autres variables de référence (par exemple : température ambiante, température d'émetteurs).
Cette norme ne traite pas des émetteurs de chaleur.
Les signaux d'entrée et de sortie peuvent être traités par des techniques analogiques ou numériques.
