This document, together with prEN 13476-1, specifies the definitions and requirements for pipes, fittings and the system based on unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) structured-wall piping systems that are intended for use in non-pressure underground drains and sewers for foul wastewater.
NOTE 1 Products complying with this document can also be used in non-pressure underground drains and sewers for surface water.
This document is applicable to pipes and fittings with smooth internal and profiled external surfaces, designated as Type B.
This document also specifies test methods and test parameters.
This document is applicable to:
a) structured-wall pipes and fittings, which are intended to be used buried underground outside the building structure, reflected in the marking of products by “U”; and
b) structured-wall pipes and fittings, which are intended to be used buried underground both outside (application area code “U”) and within the building structure, reflected in the marking of products by “UD”.
This document is applicable to structured-wall pipes and fittings with or without an integral socket with elastomeric ring seal joints as well as welded and fused joints.
This document covers a range of pipe and fitting sizes, materials, pipe constructions, stiffness classes, application areas, tolerance classes and gives recommendations concerning colours.
NOTE 2 It is the responsibility of the purchaser or specifier to make the appropriate selections from these aspects, taking into account their particular requirements and any relevant national regulations and installation practices or codes.

Dieses Dokument legt gemeinsam mit prEN 13476-1 Definitionen und Anforderungen an Rohre, Formstücke und das Rohrleitungssystem aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC U), Polypropylen (PP) und Polyethylen (PE) mit profilierter Wandung fest, die für erdverlegte, drucklos betriebene Schmutzwasserkanäle und leitungen vorgesehen sind.
ANMERKUNG 1 Produkte, die diesem Dokument entsprechen, können auch in erdverlegten, drucklos betriebenen Niederschlagswasserkanälen und leitungen verwendet werden.
Dieses Dokument gilt für Rohre und Formstücke mit glatten Innen- und profilierten Außenflächen, bezeichnet als Typ B.
Dieses Dokument legt auch Prüfverfahren und Prüfparameter fest.
Dieses Dokument gilt für:
a) Rohre und Formstücke mit profilierter Wandung, die ausschließlich für erdverlegte Anwendungen außerhalb einer Gebäudestruktur vorgesehen sind, angezeigt durch Kennzeichnung der Erzeugnisse mit „U“; und
b) Rohre und Formstücke mit profilierter Wandung, die sowohl für erdverlegte Anwendungen außerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwendungskennzeichen „U“) als auch innerhalb einer Gebäudestruktur vorgesehen sind; angezeigt durch Kennzeichnung der Erzeugnisse mit „UD“.
Dieses Dokument gilt für Rohre und Formstücke mit profilierter Wandung sowohl mit glatten Enden als auch mit geformter Muffe, mit elastomeren Dichtringverbindungen bzw. Verbindung durch Heizelement-Stumpf-, Extrusions- oder Heizwendelschweißen.
Dieses Dokument umfasst verschiedene Maße von Rohren und Formstücken, Werkstoffe, Rohrkonstruktionen, Steifigkeitsklassen sowie Anwendungsbereiche und Toleranzklassen und gibt Empfehlungen für die Einfärbung.

Le présent document, conjointement avec l’EN 13476-1, spécifie les définitions et les exigences pour les tubes, les raccords et le système pour des systèmes de canalisations à parois structurées fabriqués à partir de poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC U), polypropylène (PP) et polyéthylène (PE), destinés à être utilisés pour des systèmes de branchements et de collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression pour les eaux usées.

b) tubes et raccords à parois structurées, destinés à être utilisés enterrés, aussi bien à l'extérieur (code de la zone d’application « U ») qu’à l'intérieur de la structure des bâtiments, ce qui est reflété au niveau du marquage des produits par « UD ».
Le présent document s'applique aux tubes et raccords à parois structurées avec ou sans emboîture intégrée qui comprennent des assemblages à bague d'étanchéité en élastomère ainsi que des assemblages soudés et les assemblages obtenus par fusion.
Le présent document couvre une gamme de dimensions de tubes et de raccords, de matières, de constructions de tube, de classes de rigidité, de zones d'application et de classes de tolérance et donne des recommandations concernant les couleurs.
