Electrically propelled road vehicles - Measurement of road operating ability - Part 2: Thermal electric hybrid vehicles
This standard specifies the principles, conditions and procedures of the test methods to measure the road performances of the partially electrically propelled road vehicles (Hybrid vehicles). This standard is applicable to the concept of road performances which comprises the notions of speed, acceleration, hill climbing ability. This standard applies to the international categories of vehicles M1, M2, M3, N1, N2, N3, and to motor tricycles and quadricycles from t the motocycles types. This standard does not apply to pure electric propelled road vehicles.

Diese Norm legt das Prinzip, die Bedingungen und Prüfverfahren fest, um die Fahreigenschaften teilweise elektrisch angetriebener Straßenfahrzeuge (Hybride Elektrofahrzeuge mit einem Verbrennungsmotor) zu messen. Die vorliegende Norm gilt für Fahreigenschaften wie Geschwindigkeit, Beschleunigung, Anfahrvermögen am Hang. Die vorliegende Norm gilt für die internationalen Fahrzeugkategorien M1, M2, M3, N1, N2, N3, und für drei-und vierrädrige Kraftfahrzeuge des Motorradtyp. Die vorliegende Norm gilt nicht für eine Elektrofahrzeuge.

La présente norme spécifie le principe, les conditions et les procédures des méthodes d'essais visant à mesurer les performances routières des véhicules routiers ` propulsion partiellement électrique (véhicules hybrides). La présente norme s'applique au concept de performances routières qui comprend les notions de vitesse, d'accélération, d'aptitude en côte. La présente norme s'applique aux véhicules des catégories internationales M1, M2, M3, N1, N2, N3 tricycles et quadricycles ` moteur de type motocycle. La présente norme ne s' applique pas aux véhicules routiers ` propulsion purement électrique.
