Railway applications - Infrastructure - Non-destructive testing on rails in track - Part 1: Requirements for ultrasonic inspection and evaluation principles

This European Standard applies to testing of rails installed in track for detecting internal discontinuities.
This part applies to testing equipment fitted to dedicated test vehicles or manually-propelled devices. This European Standard does not define the requirements for vehicle acceptance. This part of the standard does not apply to ultrasonic testing of rails in a production plant.
The European Standard specifies the requirements for testing principles and systems in order to produce comparable results with regard to location, type and size of discontinuities in rails. This European Standard is not aiming to give any guidelines for managing the result of ultrasonic rail testing.
This European Standard applies only to rail profiles meeting the requirements of EN 13674-1.

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für die Prüfung von in Gleisen eingebauten Schienen auf innere Fehler.
Der vorliegende Teil dieser Europäischen Norm gilt für die an speziell dafür vorgesehenen Prüffahrzeugen oder -rollwagen befestigte Prüfausrüstung. Diese Norm definiert nicht die Anforderungen an die Fahrzeugabnahme. Die vorliegende Norm behandelt nicht die Zfp-Prüfung von Schienen bei der Herstellung in einer Fertigungsanlage.
Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Prüfgrundsätze und -systeme fest, um vergleichbare Ergebnisse in Bezug auf Lage, Art und Größe der Schienenfehler zu erhalten. Die vorliegende Norm zielt nicht darauf ab, Beurteilungsmaßstäbe für den Umgang mit den Ergebnissen der Ultraschallprüfung von Schienen bereitzustellen.

La présente Norme Européenne s'applique aux essais sur des rails en voie dans le but d’y détecter des discontinuités internes.
Cette partie de la présente Norme s'applique aux équipements d’essais utilisés sur les véhicules dédiés ou sur les dispositifs propulsés manuellement. La présente Norme ne définit pas les exigences pour l'homologation des véhicules. Cette partie de la norme ne s’applique pas aux essais par ultrasons des rails en usine.
La norme spécifie les exigences pour les principes et systèmes d'essai afin d’obtenir des résultats comparables en tenant compte de l'emplacement, du type et de la taille des discontinuités dans les rails. La présente Norme n'a pas pour objectif de donner des directives pour la gestion des résultats des tests  ultrasons.
Cette norme s’applique uniquement aux rails dont les profils répondent aux exigences de la norme EN 13674-1

Dokument se uporablja za merilno opremo, ki je nameščena na namenskih vozilih ali vozičkih za preskušanje. Ta standard ne določa zahtev za prevzem vozila. Ta dokument ne zajema proizvodnega preskušanja tračnic v proizvodnem obratu. Ta dokument določa zahteve za merilne principe in sisteme, da se zagotovijo primerljivi rezultati preskusa v zvezi z lokacijo, vrsto in velikostjo okvar tračnic. Namen tega standarda ni podajanje smernic za upravljanje rezultatov ultrazvočnega preskusa tračnic.
